Vel is a great sales guy. Very responsive and will work with the customer. We drove from MI with a trade in and they honored their offer. There were a couple minor things like steering wheel was more worn than we would have expected given the nice condition of the rest of the car. Small headliner plug interior for convertible top was missing. Other than that it was a smooth transaction.

I was very pleased with my experience. I started at CarMax to "try on" several cars from several manufacturers. The salesman (Jack) was happy to oblige, despite it being cold and rainy. We walked the lot and I sat in ~20 cars. I went home and researched them some more, scheduled a few to test drive and came back on Jack's day off. This time, I worked with Brandon for a few test drives and discussed other vehicles at nearby CarMax locations. They found a vehicle that fit my requirements and transported it in for me to test drive. A few days later, I was back for the final test drive, loved the car and purchased it. Jack and Brandon kept good communication, weren't pushy and were a pleasure to work with. The business office was quick and explained the paperwork and processes effectively. He is extremely good at what he does and any car dealer should know that he is the very best at his trade. I would recommend Dave for a promotion but I believe he is the top dog there already. I love the M-sport package look on this car. It looks sleek and sporty. With a cold air intake this car sound beautiful. Rides great and can save a lot of gas in eco mode vs sport mode. Paddle shifters are fun and responsive.

Getting an M2 is an easy decision. The harder part is deciding between an original M2 and a newer M2 Competition. They are both great but very different cars. M2 Competition has more power, but also a lot more weight. It drives like a little M4, The original M2 is much lighter and drives like an early 30's or 40's series M3. As far as the engine, it's not a normal N55, it is a highly modied one, the best N55 ever -- runs and sounds fantastic. Contrast that with the S55 in the M2 Competition, which is the most de-tuned version of that fine engine that you can get. Bottom line -- get an original M2, ideally a 2018 with the updated electronics, lights and dash!

Recently purchased a 2024 4 series convertible. Love the way it looks and drives. ‘Ordered the car with the assumption that it had the cruise control and lane as dust that I was used to in my other vehicles. This car does not come standard with a front facing camera. Also does not come standard with the cruise that is what I call “radar” cruise. Just putting it out there for anyone shopping. I do love the car.

This car has been a ton of fun to own. I searched far and wide to find a 128i couple in dark gray, with navigation. Patience paid off and I found the one I currently own several months later, and it has been an absolute showstopper. I am constantly getting compliments on this car, even though it is now seven years old. It is aging very gracefully and has not been hard to maintain. Highly recommend.

I've been a BMW fan for many years, and this 428i has not disappointed. It drives and handles just as it should, and the 4-cylinder turbocharged engine is excellent. The seatbelt 'presenters' do not work well, and the door pull handles melt in the Florida heat; other than those two little annoyances, this is an exceptional automobile.
