Power supply warning light came on in my BMW M5, which I drive a lot. I called BMW of Westlake Ohio and Matthew answered right away, he?s always great, and told me to bring it in. They tested the battery quickly, and I also got an oil change done. Very timely, respectful, and professional service, especially with the cold weather impacting batteries. This was my 5th BMW but my first 6 Series and clearly the most fun car I have ever owned. I bought my 2007 650 Convertible pre-owned (1 previous owner) with 19K miles in 2010. Here I am over 13 years later and at 225K miles (yes, you are reading that right)... and still in love. I have taken very good care of it and did do an engine replacement a few years ago at 180K miles with a preowned engine because of the smoke exhaust, but was well worth it because I was not nearly ready to let this car go. At the time I believed that was either going to end up being the worst decision I have ever made...or the best. Feeling good about that $8K right now because the car is truly a joy to drive and rides like new. One caution: the run flat tires are VERY fragile and VERY expensive (over $500 per tire). If you are buying this car from a dealer I highly recommend purchasing the BMW wheel and tire warranty program or plan on replacing those tires with a quality non-run flat tire. Magnificent styling with great lines and a quality ride. Have fun!

This car exceeded all of my expectations! It is an M-Sport and has the optional M-Power package and is a mini M4! Fun to drive, hardtop convertible for those summer afternoons and has all the features of a modern BMW.

I have forgotten too many times about writing this review. I bought another car from Doug a few months ago, "Uncle Carl," which replaced "Aunt Betty" who unfortunately got hit by a "text while u drive" guy. I was OK but Aunt Betty was not. Aunt Betty was a 41,000-mile 924S. Uncle Carl is a 944S2 with about the same miles. As always, the car was as represented, and delivered without a hitch. And if you finally get him to open up, Doug will tell you about his Cannonball adventures. I am in the Miami area, so I know a lot of "car dealers." Go to Twinsburg, Ohio where the emphasis is on the "car" and not on the "dealers." Thanks Doug!

I fell in love with the E46 M3 back in the days of high school. The styling, the handling, the aggressive fenders -- it was something to drool over at the time and age. I could not be any more proud of happy to own this car.
