Wonderful people I didn't see anybody there that wasn't smiling or glad to see you it was my first experience with Bmw in every aspect, first car first visit pull inside the building immediate help and attention felt really special my service manager's name was Joel really nice man I was very well taken care of felt wonderful to give my money to them people the service was perfect my car was fixed ran perfect when I picked it up they knew exactly what to do how to fix it purring like a kitten one of the things I like the most I picked my car up cleaner than I dropped it off and I dropped it off clean there were no greasy fingerprints all over it like a lot of places to do as soon as you go home you have to wash them off good detail job too pricing is real reasonable you get a lot for your money I just wish I would have gotten into a BMW a long time ago the car is wonderful as well as the dealership and the people there

Wow. After reading negative comments concerning weight and the front end, I was unsure while waiting for the car that I would like it. It’s an amazing beast, and better than I expected. Weight gains in part are due to stiffening braces in the rear sides and under the car. Yes, it’s a bit heavy, but the lack of flex more than pays you back. The front end with the rectangular intakes has a purpose. This car needs a lot of air intake for cooling. Behind the rectangular intakes a coolers which need air. This car is well behaved when it needs to be, and complies with daily driving, yet when you want to play, it responds well. I feel this is the total package at an affordable price. The only place I feel could have been a bit better is road feedback through the steering wheel.

I can always count on BMW Of CLEAR LAKE to deliver amazing world  class service. Every visit in the last 10 years have been stress free. Kudos to Omar and Fidel and their total customer service attitude of always willing to help when needed by all the service staff especially the teams effort to resolve the window fogging issue. I could not be happier with this dealership.

I have a sunset orange metallic convertible with cognac interior and a black top. Very sporty. Get a lot of compliments. Zippy. Love the combination as I ordered it from the factory. A little tight on the inside but manageable.

I recently bought a 2022 Nissan Rogue SV from Shottenkirk Nissan Katy and cannot be more impressed with the outstanding customer service that I received. Zeb Poindexter (Sales Associate) and Marco Compean (General Sales Manager) went out of their way to help my family purchase this car. In my first conversation with Zeb, I told him about my bad experiences with other car dealerships and how it was hard for me to trust a car salesman. Zeb listened to my concerns and asked me to give him a chance, because he cares about the customer and helping them find the right car. I am SO glad that I trusted Zeb, as he was kind throughout the entire process and went above and beyond to help my family get the exact car that we needed. Over the years I've heard a great deal of the outstanding driving experience and fabulious features of the BMW cars. Now that I have purchased a 2026 M440X I understand their praise. The slogan " The Ultimate Driving Experience" is not just an advertising gimmick. I'm still learning the many, many cool features of my car even after the excellent tutorial by the Dealership and reading the manual. In short, I'm sold on Germain Engineered cars and am now part of the BMW family. Too bad US car manufacturers don't make this quality of car. My opinion, is that it the cost would be outside the reach of most Americans.

Alyin was fantastic in her approach and the way she interacted with us. She understood our needs and respected our provided great responses every time we contacted her in the last couple of weeks before final purchase. Her manager and GM were also very supportive in our buying consideration and provided us space than the typical dealer follow-ups that happen when you visit a dealership. Overall it was a great buying experience for our 1st X5 in the house and we are truly grateful. The only one piece of opportunity for the dealership is wrt the final detailing - after doing our paperwork when the car was taken for the final detailing, the team did not do a good job. The car had water marks at many spots including dust in certain areas and the driver seat's black smudge was not cleaned even after pointing out during initial inspection. If this was taken care well, it would have been a 10/10.

I have been servicing my vehicle since 2007 when I bought it at Advantage BMW. You can imagine the number of annual inspections and repairs I have had. My service representative stepped up and approached me and didn?t ask if I had an appointment. She was polite personable and able in seconds to recall my account on the computer. She does not have attention deficit and she never looked at her cellphone while talking to me. I felt like a favored customer and not like everyone else. You can imagine how many service advisors I have seen before at Advantage. She texted me timely about the repair and the status. This is the first time I felt I was dealing with a luxury dealorship.
