Landon Powers in the service department was still there. He added fluids needed and added pressure to tires outside in the cold. He did it cheerfully with no charge. Thank you Landon. Getting an M2 is an easy decision. The harder part is deciding between an original M2 and a newer M2 Competition. They are both great but very different cars. M2 Competition has more power, but also a lot more weight. It drives like a little M4, The original M2 is much lighter and drives like an early 30's or 40's series M3. As far as the engine, it's not a normal N55, it is a highly modied one, the best N55 ever -- runs and sounds fantastic. Contrast that with the S55 in the M2 Competition, which is the most de-tuned version of that fine engine that you can get. Bottom line -- get an original M2, ideally a 2018 with the updated electronics, lights and dash!

Lisa and Tony in the service department were very helpful with my recent service on my 128i. Tony constantly kept me updated as to the status of the necessary repairs. The initial multi point inspection was through and determined that I needed Cylinder Head Assembly- Valve Cover: Quote for full assembly per advisor request, replace cover assembly with new gaskets The Valve Cover provides protection to the camshafts and other cylinder head components from outside elements such as dirt and debris found in any environment. It also prevents engine oil from splashing into the engine bay. Although not cheap the repairs were necessary. No more burnt oil smell and nothing dripping on my garage floor. Thanks to Tony and the entire service department staff at D&R, great job!
