I have been car shopping for over two years. Between pushy salespeople, price gouging, misinformation, lack of inventory and flat out lying, I had become very discouraged about finding a suitable replacement for my lovely old Subaru. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw a 2017 Forester with low mileage pop up in my search, and at a fair price. I contacted Curbside, and received an almost immediate reply from Yuri. He was polite, professional, immediately supplied answers to my questions. His calm demeanor and professionalism immediately comforted me. He was friendly and helpful without being pushy. Upon arriving to the dealership (after a 2 hour drive, I live on the coast), I was greeted at the door and shown the car. Even though they had several other customers in the office and on the lot, everyone was kind, polite, helpful. I never felt ignored, yet I never felt pressured either. I bought my 2009 X5 4.8 liter used with 40k miles on it. Driven it 110,000 additional miles to date and it has been an AWESOME car. Reliable, strong and drives more like a sports car than an SUV. The body style has been overhauled by BMW 3 times since then, yet even at this age the car looks elegant and solid inside and out. German engineering at its best!! Can't wait to get my new one.

I've had three 2015 X1's. Drove the wheels off one, one got stolen and on my third. Love this car! So economical and the gps is off satellite, not cell tower. Get maps ANYWHERE, for life. I only have 72k on it and will be my last vehicle.

I recently purchased my 2019 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off Road from this dealership. The staff as a whole was great and put me at ease. No less than five member of the team made some sort of contact with me during my visit and made me feel extremely comfortable. Best friend award goes out to Bill Bullock. My test drive lasted 45 minutes because we were chatting like school girls. I wish we were neighbors so that we could hang out in our garages drinking beer and talking about our cats. This whole team really is top notch. I left here with a new vehicle feeling like I was very much taken care of. Currently trying to find an excuse to go back and hang out....

We take trips to Cashiers/Highlands NC frequently. The drive is just over 5 hrs an it flies by quickly as the car is so comfortable. The peppy V8 has lots of power to pass quickly on the highway when necessary. Once we get into the mountains it feels great to switch from Eco mode to sports mode to attack those tight turns :)

Buying a used vehicle is always a time consuming stressful event. My car, your car, financing, insurance, inspection. At Auto Outlet, it was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. A couple of things that needed attention got fixed quickly. I felt they were fair, responsive and reasonable.

My 2011 328i has just reached 223k miles. No timing chain replacement. Only oil changes and coolant flushes. Obviously break pads and rotors. It’s been amazing. Fun to drive although I get 22mpg average. As Long as you don’t touch it and don’t drive it like you stole it, you can count on it.

David Twiddy was very pleasant to work with. Bringing your car to the shop for repairs, not knowing what is wrong with it and how much it might cost, is super stressful. David was understanding and made the process less stressful. I felt well taken care of. I appreciate the video from the mechanic to confirm his findings. This was my 5th BMW but my first 6 Series and clearly the most fun car I have ever owned. I bought my 2007 650 Convertible pre-owned (1 previous owner) with 19K miles in 2010. Here I am over 13 years later and at 225K miles (yes, you are reading that right)... and still in love. I have taken very good care of it and did do an engine replacement a few years ago at 180K miles with a preowned engine because of the smoke exhaust, but was well worth it because I was not nearly ready to let this car go. At the time I believed that was either going to end up being the worst decision I have ever made...or the best. Feeling good about that $8K right now because the car is truly a joy to drive and rides like new. One caution: the run flat tires are VERY fragile and VERY expensive (over $500 per tire). If you are buying this car from a dealer I highly recommend purchasing the BMW wheel and tire warranty program or plan on replacing those tires with a quality non-run flat tire. Magnificent styling with great lines and a quality ride. Have fun!

This is a surprisingly fun car. We bought it mainly to not feel guilty running the AC in car line - but got to appreciate it in various situation. The range isn't great, the flimsy tires need getting used to - but for what a used (ideally certified pre-owned) one goes for - I really don't think you can go wrong. Unless you live in a city and have good places to charge - it probably is not a suitable car as your only car - but it's a great addition if you don't depend on it for a 300 mile drive. Accelerations is fun, the car is a lot bigger inside than it looks. It has a little bit of a theme park ride feel to it at times.

This car is incredible. It is so fast right front the factory and has so much luxury and comfort I am blown away. I have owned over 20 cars and this is by far the best one. Every time I slide into the driver seat and cruise around it brings nothing but smiles to my face.

We drove up from the Olympia area to look at a 2020 Jeep Gladiator they had in their inventory. The dealership, while being a little off the beaten path was a pleasant surprise. Though low staffed because of the State Stay at Home Order. We were allowed to view the vehicle, test drive, and buy the truck with no pressure. They gave us a good trade in price for our trade in and we worked through the paperwork in a couple of hours. The truck came with a clean CarFax. I appreciate Logan for the excellent service. I would buy again from them at anytime.

The BMW X1 is fun to drive. The sunroof is awesome. This is a nice small SUV that has plenty of trunk space. I would recommend buying this car

I get 40 to 50 mpg depending on the type of driving. I get 20 miles out of almost every full charge. That takes care of over half my trips meaning I don't use any gas at all. I understand other people have a different experience, but I wonder about where they're driving and how they're driving. I'm in the US. Love the 2018 330e. Smooth, quiet and beautiful. It is a bit small though, so my next car will be the bmw 530e.

I came here since they happened to have a specific car I was interested in and was amazed at the excellent service and low pressure sales. Zeke was wonderful to work with; he handled everything independently and it was great to not get the run around with multiple managers and sales people. He got me a fair price for my trade in and when the car I bought had a few mechanical issues (100k+ mi so not unexpected) he went above and beyond to figure out the issues and get me safely on the road. Next time I'm back in the market for a car I will definitely be contacting Auto Quest.

Purchased my 07 BMW 328xi (E90) quite used, with 189,000 miles on it, and nearly no issues at all but for a badly-needed head unit upgrade and probably a systems software update (since it has no USB drives built into it, I'm unable to download and install the system software updates myself. Not a huge fan of the clonky iDrive or whatever it's called; seems a bit overkill. The factory DVD drive exclusively for Nav installation updates (that are now so beyond obsolete, they aren't even available,) is one of the more ridiculous decisions BMW made with this car. No full-size spare on extra rim in the trunk, which I thought was a German automotive norm, having owned four Audi A4s prior to this BMW. I was more than a little disappointed to find not only no full-size spare, but not even the space for one if you wanted one, and not even a spare tire of any sort, not even a lousy donut. And I get it, BMW has great faith in their "run-flat" tires. But every Audi I've owned has had not only factory run-flat tires, but ALSO the full-size spare rim and tire in a special compartment under the trunk. I'm stumped as to this continued oversight in BMW's decisions. The trunk location of the battery was a surprise, though now, having located three individual positive charging prods (two on the battery in the trunk, one on the upper left near the washer fluid reservoir,) I am decidedly a fan of having flexibility in car positioning for jumping other cars. I can't be positive, but I assume the floor mats that came with mine are factory, based on what I've seen online and the weird and raggedy shape of these horrendous things. Total fail, if so. I've had better stock floor mats in junky minivans than these frumpy little, not-quite-sized-right and with a weird flap of carpeting that sticks nearly onto the accelerator pedal itself, although it's unable to be tucked at all into the space underneath the pedals. Yuck. I expected better than these. Factory speakers throughout entire car still nearly mint, sound fantastic, and the audio controls allow for some pretty unique audio options (like the option to have the music automatically increase in volume as the car increases in speed lol. That's a funky little quirky. Um, can we real talk, BMW, about this whole outdated 90's-style popout cupholder situation? 🤔 I won't pretend to understand what the heck went on during that embarrassing decision, but man, that's not a good look or functional, you guys. Yeesh. Otherwise, so far so good. Smooth, comfy, classic style, beautiful paint color, impressive little car.

It's all about the B58 in the M40i. I dinged it one star on comfort because this little SUV rides quite "sporty" even in Comfort mode. I absolutely love this about the car, but I could see how some would feel this is too harsh as it is not a luxurious, cushy ride. But tuck this little beast into a fast corner and it's just...wow! This little German SUV is a sleeper. While the X3M is very nice, the M40i is the perfect balance in my opinion. BMW has really stepped up their game in the X3.
