We had our vehicle towed to this dealership for a clutch issue. From the start, our service advisor Carly did an outstanding job. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and kept us up to date. The technician found other issues that had been overlooked or missed by the dealership we bought the vehicle from. They fixed those issues and Carly ensured that all of the warranty process was taken care of. Having dealt with a few dealerships and service centers in the past few years, I have to say Crestview CDJR renewed my faith that some companies still care about customer service. We are 3.5 hours from this dealership and will make the drive there the next time we decide to buy a vehicle, simply because of the service we got from their service center.

I read the other reviews, but it may be that positive transactions don't always get posted online in the feedback. I decided to let everyone know that I had a great experience. From my salesperson Chris all the way to the manager, it was a positive and professional transaction. Larry the detail guy also went above and beyond in spot cleaning the inside at the last minute to ensure it was clean. I was also allowed to pop a balloon and get a prize for purchasing a car based on a great marketing campaign they were doing in the showroom. Thank you again and God bless.

I have this car for 26,000 miles now. This is the best X5 that I have ever owned. The new engine is great on the xdrive 40i. No need for the M60. 0-60 in 3.9 seconds. Handling is great. Tires and much better than on the previous generation. The ride is tight and comfortable. They did an awesome job. Hopefully, this car will last as long as my previous 2010 X5.

I honestly don't know what everyone else who reviewed this place is talking about. I posted my review on Google but decided to post on Cars.com as well. On Google reviews this place has a 4.4 rating, and trust me they deserve higher than that. The only thing you shouldn't trust is the negative reviews listed here. They have an amazing and friendly staff. I worked with Caleb Jenkins, he was very upfront about the pricing and what was going on. The whole time I was there I not once felt like I was being lied to or misled in any way. Working with Caleb was a great experience and I would highly recommend him and this business to anyone looking for their next car purchase. I honestly didn't expect to be approved for the car I was looking at, but they worked with me and my credit to get my payments where they needed to be. Thanks again Caleb! Great convertible. This car has attitude! Very comfortable, good looking, big power for a turbo-charged 6. Easy to drive, and easy to learn all the new bells and whistles.

Super fast. Very comfortable interior. Simply a pleasure to drive. A couple of annoying caveats about the interior design, specifically the door lock switch being in the center of the dashboard, and the window seals around the driver side and passenger side front windows can leak a little air at high speeds. Those are superficial.

I went from a Minivan to A BMW and will never go back. My son bought me one It was about 8 years oldIt did start to have problems after about 5 years. Of course it's a 10 year old Car and problems were awaiting. I would buy a new one to make sure they Would be more reliable for me as a single woman driver so that I would not need repairs in the near future. I'm getting rid of mine and buying a newer model. They are so much fun to drive and I love Love love my BMW 328 I And I'm looking to buy another one here Very soon!

The 2001-2006 BMW M3 (chassis code E46). This generation of M3, like others was and still is and icon of sport and spirited diving. When new, this set the bar and was the measuring stick by which other cars were evaluated. Sure, it doesn't have all the current tech, even seeming Spartan compared to all the comforts of a large high-end luxury sedan or SUV, but that's never been why we love M3s. Now the E46 M3 is between 14-19 years old and it's performance on paper is comparable to that of a new Civic Si, but it still has something that very few cars have. Dare I say it at the risk being cliche? Soul. The M3 wasn't supposed to be the fastest in a straight line but a well balanced alround touring car. Its the perfect balance of handling, power not too much power, and class while still reasonable enough to drive everyday or just on those nice spring Sundays. It does "fun" VERY well and that is why it still is one of the most pleasing cards to drive. The looks are before a lot of the more controversial later BMW designs. It has that work of art, screamer of an in-line 6 cylinder S54 motor (2001 engine of the year winner and winner of the 3-4 L category for six straight years in a row 2001-2006). Though SMG had begun to increase in popularity, some E46 M3s still came with an honest to goodness manual transmission. This is what makes the E46 M3 one of the best of what seems to be a dying bread of cars and values should hold (or even increase) through the years like most other M cars have done historically. Cost of ownership isn't cheap. It's a BMW, no surprise there. However, failure and repair costs increase when considering SMG equipped M3's. Another thing you should consider is how much money you'll spend washing and waxing it then time sitting there and staring. That's one of my hobbies too... when not driving it. The E46 M3 is in an icon in a lineage of special cars and had become an instant classic.

Most comfortable car I have ever driven. My 6th BMW. So easy to get into tight parking spaces. Brakes a bit tight- need to get used to!

From start to finish, the purchase of a 2024 BMW X5 was pleasant, professional and without any pressure. All of the folks that I worked with there were easy to deal with and when I went to pick up my X5, which had been a order from the factory, the process of going through the paperwork, never a fun period, only took just over an hour, counting the time for my wife and I to be introduced to the vehicle. Overall, I heartily recommend BMW of Fort Walton Beach.

Biggest negative on the X5 is the run flat tires. I think they reduce the quality of the ride and at 5,000 miles had to replace two flat tires ---- non-repairable damage.

I worked with the sales person, Blanca Lopez when ordering my new BMW. I initially was called to see if I had an interest in taking advantage of the great equity to that I had in my 2018 BMW X6. With further discussion, we were able to come to an agreement on not purchasing what was in stock, but actually ordering one with the exact specs that I desired. The ordering process was explained to me, and an anticipated delivery date was provided. Once the vehicle arrived earlier than expected, Blanca was great in coordinating the pick up time and date. Blanca was great throughout the whole process and is very customer oriented and highly recommended!

Great car. Wish it didn't come with run flat tires which I believe lessens the quality of the ride, and they wear out quickly. Other than that, no real complaints. Car is truly the ultimate driving machine.

I decided to purchase the new X3 instead of repairing my 5 series. James was tied up that morning with another client and they were a bit short handed so we just exchanged numbers. We had a very pleasant experience with the dealership and in particular our salesperson James Brown. I shopped the same vehicle at 2 other dealerships and BMW of Fort Walton was by far the best. This car is simply amazing. It's my second electric car and my first BMW. The i5 gives me what I never knew I was missing from my previous car (Tesla Model 3). First, the comfort and silence of the i5's cabin is significantly better than anything I've driven before. It takes the bumps so comfortably and I love how my trips on the interstate are surprisingly quiet inside. The styling is gorgeous, too. Classic BMW sedan look, brought a few years into the future. Great balance between aggressive and refined. Inside, I love the giant display. Everything's there in sight, without having to switch back and forth between screens. Plus, I have just the right amount of physical controls so I don't have to use the touch screen all the time. Finally, the performance is incredible. I've got several modes to choose from, to fit my driving for the trip. Sport is obviously my favorite, especially with the sounds that are included! This was definitely the most expensive vehicle I've bought, but overall, I have no regrets... fit, finish, and feature-set are all top notch.
