My i4 eDrive 40 is a great car. Plenty of pep. Comfortable interior. Quality construction. GPS/Radio Controls/various interfaces ... not so good. You have to know what you are looking for, and ofter, go down too many levels to get to the proper input/output. More switches and dials would be better.

3 series but roomier than x4 and bigger than 4 series. Superior driving comfort. Too bad BMW discontinued GT in US. Best car I ever owned.

I worked with Dave and Trevor on my new QX60. After an initial questionable experience I was able to meet Dave. He is extremely good at what he does and any car dealer should know that he is the very best at his trade. I would recommend Dave for a promotion but I believe he is the top dog there already. I test-drove the Tesla Y and the BMW i4. Both had great acceleration and many desirable features. However, the BMW felt more luxurious, higher in overall quality, and newer in design. I have been driving the BMW i4 eDrive 40 for about two weeks. Because I am new to EVs, it took me a while to learn the many features. The dealer process took several hours to explain things and I returned briefly several times to request further explanation on specific points. Owners should be conversant with cell phones and computers to use the features. I am still waiting for the QMerit Level Two Charger to be installed but regular 110 Volt house current has been adequate to recharge the car after a normal commute. The car is actually a hatchback, with the trunk being capable of lifting high. The rear seats fold down, so the trunk is quite voluminous. I didn't like the vertical grills at first but they are growing on me and I consider the car beautiful inside and out. It is a pleasure to drive. I am already wedded to electric cars and doubt I'll ever get another ICE car.

Vel is a great sales guy. Very responsive and will work with the customer. We drove from MI with a trade in and they honored their offer. There were a couple minor things like steering wheel was more worn than we would have expected given the nice condition of the rest of the car. Small headliner plug interior for convertible top was missing. Other than that it was a smooth transaction.

I bought this 15K miles base model (Electric engine only) for 10K. A steal. Pros: 3 Driving modes for different conditions. Free public ev charging stations, usually charges 26 miles per hour or more, and that means free rides. Easy connectivity Stylish look (people actually have that what heck is that look) Nice cargo space once back seats are down. Cons: Inconsistent mile range readings. Range anxiety. Original Charger is a joke. 40 miles highway travel takes 12+ to recharge. 2-3 miles per hour recovery. Bmw either thinks people will bleed 50k (originally) for a substitute car, or people will always have 12-16 hours time to move between errands. Doors design is unusual. Still not as ridiculous as a coupe door design. Cargo space is so tiny with backseats up. Carseats for infants are difficult to place without sacrificing significant space for either the driver or the front passenger. My final verdict. If you purchase a 24amp or a more capable charger than you can manage. If you're soccer mom, or switch your hats often, this base model may not be for you. Still, if you really really a planner it may work out beautifully. If you're purchasing this as second car for the family, then you can save tons in cost. If you spot a free ev charging station you can literally run your range to close to empty then leave it at the charging station and picked it up after couple of hours.

I have bought many cars over the years, all across the country and this was a trying experience, because of my commercial financing but Robert and Mark were very patient with a long drawn out process. They tried very hard to help me get the vehicle I was looking for for my business. Mark & Robert went out of their way to get the vehicle on the road before my financing was complete, and I am grateful for that! What an incredible driving machine! When BMW remade the 535i GT into the 640i GT, they improved so many things that this vehicle now is the ultimate in luxury at a bargain price. Heated & AC Seats, Massaging Seats, Active Spoiler, Hydraulic Assist Hatchback, Semi-Autonomous Driving, Adaptive Cruise, iDrive Assist Automatic Parking, Collision Avoidance, 360° Camera, Gesture Contol, Voice Commands, BMW Intelligent Assistant, Apple’s Car Play, Real Time Traffic, BMW and SOS Emergency Response.

My repairs were done in 3hrs Very friendly and clean Comfortable seating Fast WiFi!!!!

BMW i4 eDrive40 M Sport, with All Options. Best vehicle I’ve ever owned. Almost 5,000 miles within first 3 months and it has been AWESOME! Averaging 270 miles (and this is in Sport Mode most of the time). The DAPP is awesome on the highway and in traffic. The Adaptive Suspension makes driving through curvy country roads a blast! The ventilated seats during these record high temp days have been super useful. No need for the M50, plenty of power with the eDrive40 (I am hitting 0-60 within 5 seconds); also, range is a whole lot more important when you have an EV. Free charging via Electrify America has been a breeze. Charges on my 240-Volt Outlet at home FAST. Well worth every Penny.

It is a good car no matter for work or travel. It offers a good space with comfortable seats, even driving 4 hours won't make you feel tired. When you switch to sport mode, it is super fast, reach 60mph in 5 seconds, it is hard to imagine such a big car can run so fast. Only thing is the low fuel efficiency, and difficult for parking because of the big size.

The car is beautiful inside and out. It has lots of space, the trunk is huge. There is ventilation in the front and back, multiple charging places, and all the great safety features.

They are the ultimate driving machine! The GT is no exception. This car is amazing, it performs like the 7 but is priced closer to the 5 series. Comfort, comfort, comfort...my passengers say it feels like riding in a limo and I love the twin turbo and switching into sport mode just to show off. I think the "hatchback" body style is taking the consumer some time to get used to, but I love the easy cargo area access from the rear and although it doesn't have the height in the cargo area that my X5 did, it is wider and longer and closer to the ground, which makes it more convenient to load & unload. I did not initially like the 2-step process of having to lower the seats and then the cargo area barriers but I love the resulting level, huge cargo area, so it's worth it. And the gas mileage is better than my X5 4.8is and the twin turbo has more power--a win-win!

I throughly they were professional, low pressure, responsive and transparent. I went to several other dealerships and found them to be lacking in follow through and rude to my daughter. Kai’s was a breath of fresh air.
