Most dealers do not extend that range as it lowers prices. The company doesn’t take advantage of the current chip / auto storage. Their ethical business practices are reliable. They are cultivating clients, which is unheard of in the current used car climate of Northern Colorado. Kendall understands a low-pressure approach and the sales manager, Nick, has always been fair to work with in addition to just shooting the bull about cars and motorcycles . I have gotten to know the owner, Dave, through joint shared interests in cars and he is always friendly, respectful and honest. I had my previous car, a BMW X5, serviced exclusively at Automotive Imports and they have done some warranty repairs as well. The work was completed as promised and I saved a ton of money with the extended warranty purchase. Really excited about this Audi A7 I just purchased and looking forward to the APR upgrade that is being installed by Automotive Imports soon. Cori was incredible. She was engaging, caring, patient and thorough. This is my 4th Volvo and she showed me more features and 'how too' then I have ever been shown on any previous Volvo. She also connected with us personally and was genuinely interested and caring in who we are and what was important to us. She also worked very well with the Sales manager as a team, and they both were efficient with time and helpful.

Grayson Narlinger (salesman) promptly responded to all of my questions, shared video when asked, and even provided a “test drive” video with commentary. He and his finance manager also coordinated well with my bank to process purchase and shipping. Very impressed with the honesty, communication, and support through the whole buying process.

I was in need of a new car . The one i had was bought in 2005 but the year of the car is 2001. I wanted something a bit newer and affordable. I didn't catch the guy's name since my dad was the one who dealt with him first. No pressure at all. He was very helpful. I test drove the car and loved how it drove along with it's a big upgrade to what i had. So decided to buy it. I bought a 2012 Infiniti G25x, leather seats, AWD. front seat heaters, sun roof, backup camera, defrost on the side mirrors and it's a V6. I love it. I highly recommend buying a car here.

Overall customer relationship skills were excellent. I Bought a used car that was not ready to go when I flew in to pick it up because of a poor inspection. They worked hard get it right. But, it took awhile.

She researched and worked with another dealership that had the exact Q5 we wanted. We are beyond excited with our new vehicle. During our vehicle search, we visited several other Audi dealerships, but Prestige Audi was by far the most accommodating. Based on our experience at Prestige Audi, I do not see us going anywhere else when purchasing a vehicle in the future.
