A pleasure to deal with . Walked in saw the exact car in the color and style I wanted in the showroom. Met with my salesman and set up the financing and purchase . No silly games . Everything was straight forward and easy . Went back a few hours later and met with the wonderful finance person and drove home in exactly the BMW I wanted . What more can anyone ask for !!

I absolutely love this car. Sleek design, very sharp looking. Drives like a dream. It takes a bit to learn where controls are for dash but, once you got it down, its easy.

I've had the 2025 X3 30 now for 5 months and it is great! It replaces our 2022 X3 that was recently totaled and both passenger walked away with just bruises so it is a safe car! This is one reason I purchased another X3. Big difference on the interior panel than the 2022 as everything has gone to touch screen for all controls which I not real fond about, even the owners manual is on the touchscreen software, The twin turbo gives plenty of power and the gas milage has improved from the older model. The gears change smoothly and the ride is also smooth. You now get a spare tire since BMW did away with the run flat tires which I hated as they did not wear great. The accessories offered in their package covers everything you want in an auto. I don't understand why the rear exhaust are hidden though as I like the chrome exhaust on my old 2022. This year the 3 was redesigned and it is slightly bigger.

Love it. Car is comfy, quick and the wonderful B58 Twin-Scroll Turbo I6 makes all the right noises! Awesome daily driver. Period! Interior has all of the amenities you could ever ask for. Ride is luxury-oriented but also can grip & RIP through the corners, almost as well as any sports sedan out there pretty much.

My experience at Major World was exceptional! My salesperson Martin was knowledgeable, professional, patient and kind. I told him my budget and he immediately brought me to a section where dozens of vehicles were in my price range. He pointed out the ones he thought were the best value and told me why. He never tried to get me to consider something out of my price range. The whole staff was friendly and very helpful. Biggest negative on the X5 is the run flat tires. I think they reduce the quality of the ride and at 5,000 miles had to replace two flat tires ---- non-repairable damage.

Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

This is the best X5 I've ever owned. I've been using it for 2 years and this is my 4th BMW. It has never disappointed me, it's a fantastic SUV. I hope the next model will show the same success. I think the 3.0-liter engine is at its best.

Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

I cannot believe that BMW put a 4 cylinder with turbo in an X3. It is the single problem I have with my car. otherwise it is perfect. The 6 cylinder in my 2005 was Awesome!!!!! BMW stands for Performance, GIVE IT.

We have no patience for bait and switch dealers. Jeff stayed in touch, let us know when a particular car in which we had an interest was actually on the lot and even stayed open on New Year's Day to enable us to see the vehicle in person. We asked for some consideration on one small add-on and he made that happen as well. The pricing was right, the trade-in offer was fair and it was a pleasure to work with a person who didn't "play games" but just delivered what was promised. I bought my first BMW in 2014. A new 640XI convertible... I have purchased many new vehicles including 5 Lexus 4LS models and 1 Sports coupe. The BMW was without a doubt the best. Now with regard to customer service as well as service departments (which is almost as important as the car model I select) Rallye BMW was without a doubt the best in both categories. So now that my BMW is eleven years old my wife and I decided it was time to look for a new car. There wasn't much to think about so we returned to my Rallye BMW dealership in Westbury and go for a test drive. Immediately after that test drive we returned to the dealer and negotiated the purchase of a new 2026 8XI convertible. We met with our service advisor, Frank Trotta, who has been taking great care of the 2014 model and gave him the good news: Frank we are buying a new BMW. I have this car for 26,000 miles now. This is the best X5 that I have ever owned. The new engine is great on the xdrive 40i. No need for the M60. 0-60 in 3.9 seconds. Handling is great. Tires and much better than on the previous generation. The ride is tight and comfortable. They did an awesome job. Hopefully, this car will last as long as my previous 2010 X5.

Our salesman, Jonathan is a true professional. The dealership made this a painful experience. Never going back. The only reason we put up with 2 days of getting jerked around was because they were the nearest dealership that had the vehicle we wanted in stock. We'll never return.
