Great for a small/short person. Not comfortable for tall people. Love all the premium features. All leather interior, navigation, heated seats and steering wheel, memory seating. Electric adjustable passenger seat. Not a great sound system though.

STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! We had a phenomenal experience buying our car from Graham at Response Motors. First, the advertisement was well detailed with carfax, full spec sheet and great pictures. Browsing through the cars in the inventory, all the cars had similar high quality postings. He even provided high res pictures of the car that helped close scrutiny of the car. Second, It was clear that all the cars in his inventory were well curated as if geared to an enthusiast and not like the hodgepodge selection that you find at independent dealers. The Porsche I looked at was better than some of the ‘certified cars’ at authorized dealers. Third, as a picky buyer and one buying remotely, I had a lot of questions and these were answered quickly, accurately and honestly. At some so called authorized dealers that I have bought from in the past, they knew far less about the car than I did which is never a good sign. This was certainly not the case here. Fourth, the car I bought was competitively priced and so the negotiation and finalization of terms was a very quick process. He even threw in a service to keep the car’s service record current. All in all a great experience that made me confident enough to buy the car sight unseen. Highly recommend buying from Response Motors and Graham if you want a great quality, premium car and a hassle free experience.

I bought my M3 (e92) as a fun car for occasional use on track. It’s a project car really, and I’ll upgrade the car as I can afford to do so. So far I’ve had the car out on track twice, without any modifications apart from better pads and racing fluid for the brakes. The car handles extremely well, and performance in the high rev range is astonishingly good for a car that is so docile around town. The only areas requiring some attention are front brakes and exhaust. The front brakes are perfectly ok for normal driving, but for track use I’ll probably change the callipers and discs. The exhaust is ok, but a previous owner has done something with it to make it more noisy...sounds great but at 110db it fails most race circuit noise tests. There isn’t much about this car I don’t like. If I were to be picky maybe the interior is a bit bland, but it is a BMW, and after 78,000 miles there are no squeaks or rattles.

I have this car for 26,000 miles now. This is the best X5 that I have ever owned. The new engine is great on the xdrive 40i. No need for the M60. 0-60 in 3.9 seconds. Handling is great. Tires and much better than on the previous generation. The ride is tight and comfortable. They did an awesome job. Hopefully, this car will last as long as my previous 2010 X5.

I test-drove the Tesla Y and the BMW i4. Both had great acceleration and many desirable features. However, the BMW felt more luxurious, higher in overall quality, and newer in design. I have been driving the BMW i4 eDrive 40 for about two weeks. Because I am new to EVs, it took me a while to learn the many features. The dealer process took several hours to explain things and I returned briefly several times to request further explanation on specific points. Owners should be conversant with cell phones and computers to use the features. I am still waiting for the QMerit Level Two Charger to be installed but regular 110 Volt house current has been adequate to recharge the car after a normal commute. The car is actually a hatchback, with the trunk being capable of lifting high. The rear seats fold down, so the trunk is quite voluminous. I didn't like the vertical grills at first but they are growing on me and I consider the car beautiful inside and out. It is a pleasure to drive. I am already wedded to electric cars and doubt I'll ever get another ICE car.

Negotiated over email with Jeremiah, who was very knowledgeable, responsive, and clearly communicated throughout the process. Pickup was very smooth, had a scheduled appointment to come in and sign paperwork (and view/test drive the vehicle), was in and out in under an hour. Everyone at the dealership we worked with was very customer focused, which is rare for dealerships these days. They have a great showroom and inventory, this is where you want to buy your Bimmer.

Went to our local BMW looking for a new vehicle after our old one got totaled out on a hit and run. The dealers there were all very nice and helpful and treated us like family. We were able to be in and out in a few hours. Definitely recommend going back there again.

The F30 design when not M Sport is muted, but when you get the M Sport package and all the goodies, it becomes the sports car that BMW intended. It just hit 100,000 and is starting to show wear with rattles from the dashboard and an increase in road/wind noise due to aging weatherstripping. Easy fix! I can say that with FBO that this car has been reliable - nothing major has broken and left me stranded. Sure, due to adding more power it has gone through spark plugs faster but you pay for that when you give it ~70hp more than factory. After upgrading the clutch and cooling system, I am completely worry free on this vehicle. If you want a comfortable cruiser, this car is not it. If you want a sports car, this is what you go for. They can be equipped with most any tech feature one would like - from HUD, Navigation, Parking Distance Control, Bluetooth, etc

I inquired online and received a quote right away with the best price for the 2017 Nissan Maxima I was looking for. Nellie called me and she told me they had the vehicle in stock so She set my appointment for next day. I saved alot of money compared to the Hayward dealer that had a marked up price higher than MSRP on all the Maximas. Nellie made the process easy and was in and out within 2 hours.

This is a very comfortable vehicle. However, the plastic on the driver's seat, covering the seat 💺 controls will detach from the seat. Nevertheless, it's a wonderful automobile to own.

Haven’t reached break-in mileage limit as yet but so far, car has met all of my expectations with regard to quality and performance. Agree that infotainment display is a bit overwhelming. Front end isn’t as objectionable in person as seen in pictures or videos.
