Love it. Car is comfy, quick and the wonderful B58 Twin-Scroll Turbo I6 makes all the right noises! Awesome daily driver. Period! Interior has all of the amenities you could ever ask for. Ride is luxury-oriented but also can grip & RIP through the corners, almost as well as any sports sedan out there pretty much.

Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

Been a BR customer ever since I retired from my 30 year Army career 10 years ago. Bought my first Volvo in 2004 during my second tour in Germany. In the last ten years I've bought four new Volvos and most recently a used one. I kept buying them from BR because the sales staff is world class (after living in Europe for 17 years, I know world class). And Jim Anderson is the service department is simply superlative. He's taken care of me for the last 10 years. I drop my car off with him for anything and I never worry because I know that he's going to take care of me no matter what. He is what right looks like.

STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! I've stuck through with the order since October '18, and I completely plan on following through on leasing the Cayenne this September. Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

Our 2022 X5 was a beautiful car to us. Unfortunately it didn't work for us as my wife is handicapped and found it difficult to get in and out of - it's higher than one would expect and came to realize the seats are more inboard than other cars that are direct competitors. The 3 inch door sill was almost like a running board and contributed to her struggles. Even though we had the multi-contour seats, we found the lower cushion seat side bolsters too firm for any drive more than an hour. The seat back was fine. While driving around town and 2 lanes was great, it didn't track as well on the highway as one would expect, even after an alignment (it was off at delivery). Our old Volvos were much better in that regard. The positives include the exterior and interior design/layout, the quality, ride, handling and power. It also still has a few buttons, albeit a bit small when driving. The headlights were awesome and the gas mileage was better than expected, 21 around town and 28+ on the highway. Our situation is unique, and after 7 months we sold the car to a tall, able bodied couple.

I cannot believe that BMW put a 4 cylinder with turbo in an X3. It is the single problem I have with my car. otherwise it is perfect. The 6 cylinder in my 2005 was Awesome!!!!! BMW stands for Performance, GIVE IT.

I only wish they could have certified the Subaru Ascent I looked at because it was really a great deal. This my first BMW x5 sdrive. I bought it used with 61,000 miles. Everything works perfect. I just had it serviced at BMW of Murrieta California and as expected it showed with no issues. Came out with flying colors! Poor

I bought a 2021 BMW X5 4.0 with the M Sports Package and this had been one of best vehicles ever owned. The reliability, comfort and curb appeal adds to it value. I traded a 2016 Lexus GX 460 for the X5 and have no regrets!

Recently purchased a 2024 4 series convertible. Love the way it looks and drives. ‘Ordered the car with the assumption that it had the cruise control and lane as dust that I was used to in my other vehicles. This car does not come standard with a front facing camera. Also does not come standard with the cruise that is what I call “radar” cruise. Just putting it out there for anyone shopping. I do love the car.

The car is great very fast suv the only problem the wind noise and change the tires the run flat tire for all season noise reduce little bit but besides that so far so good 👍I’m recommend
