Love it. Car is comfy, quick and the wonderful B58 Twin-Scroll Turbo I6 makes all the right noises! Awesome daily driver. Period! Interior has all of the amenities you could ever ask for. Ride is luxury-oriented but also can grip & RIP through the corners, almost as well as any sports sedan out there pretty much.

After shopping for a new BMW for about a month and not getting straight offers from several dealers close to our home, we decided to call BMW of Mountain View. We were looking for a specific car, a metallic silver iX 60 with black interior and a heads up display. We located one at BMW of Mountain View which is about 100 miles from our home. One dealer close to us even told us that the car being advertised "wasn't available any longer." One phone call to Cesar Guzman Barona at BMW of Mountain View and about 5 minutes of negotiating later and we were in our car to go buy the "non available" car from Cesar at BMW of Mountain View! Cesar was extremely kind and helpful, as was Nick in finance. In the end, they both helped us negotiate a much better deal than any of the dealers closer to our home. We ended up with exactly the car we wanted, with a lot more "extras" than we dreamed of, for a much better overall price. The negotiations were fair, straight forward and quick. We easily reached a deal and a short time later, we had to make the "long trek home" in brand new BMW (twist my arm)! The whole process was great and we are loving the car. Post sales, Cesar has been in touch with me several times by email and by phone. He has answered questions and has offered his assistance any time going forward to help us learn about all of the features on our new car. We couldn't be more pleased with his consistent follow-up and help. The car itself is a dream. It's super quick, nimble and just plain fun to drive. It is also whisper quiet, so you can really enjoy the company, the music and the drive. We are also loving all of the features from the auto-drive, auto park capabilities to the sound system and everything inbetween. We expect to enjoy the car for many years. This place is amazing! They have so many cars to choose from. Plus they have an exotics lane which is really cool, they have everything from a Benz to a Porsche! The whole buying process is very quick, I bought my car in two hours and drove home. In comparison to the Mercedes of Stevens Creek, which literally took me 8 hours to buy after I picked out my car. The only knock is the service department, which doesn’t do paint repair for scratches, even though they told me that the scratches on my car would be fixed, they only used touch up paint, which looks like I did it myself and not professionally done like I wanted. But it was a used car, so no big deal. Overall I highly recommend!

Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

I bought a 2021 BMW X5 4.0 with the M Sports Package and this had been one of best vehicles ever owned. The reliability, comfort and curb appeal adds to it value. I traded a 2016 Lexus GX 460 for the X5 and have no regrets!

Look around first so you understand that their prices can't be haggled but it is worth it. I couldn't find a single car within $1K of their price. And the quality of the car was outstanding. Easy. Great kid's corner keeps them occupied too. No pressure sales is a beautiful thing.

It's all about the B58 in the M40i. I dinged it one star on comfort because this little SUV rides quite "sporty" even in Comfort mode. I absolutely love this about the car, but I could see how some would feel this is too harsh as it is not a luxurious, cushy ride. But tuck this little beast into a fast corner and it's just...wow! This little German SUV is a sleeper. While the X3M is very nice, the M40i is the perfect balance in my opinion. BMW has really stepped up their game in the X3.

WOW, this was absolutely the best experience ever. I picked a car out online. Got pre-qualified. Got a call in 5 minutes, got completely approved in minutes. And a rate that surprised me bigtime. Thet scheduled me an appointment for yest drive. It was waiting for me. Gavin, Jennifer, and Nicole were awesome. Made me feel special. I saw other customers also being treated amazing. This place has it figured out. I will only ever buy from Carmax. And the bonus is that the SUV is mint and looks new. A million thanks to all that made it happen.

I absolutely love this car. Sleek design, very sharp looking. Drives like a dream. It takes a bit to learn where controls are for dash but, once you got it down, its easy.

I am very proud and pleased to give Alex (Mr. Diamond in the rough) praise for doing what should be done at every used car dealership. Yes, he has the mindset that you are his ONLY customer, and he will "make it right". He is respectful, honest and trustworthy. It's hard to trust the stereotypical "used car salesman"...I don't even need to explain, right? Please toss that connotation out when you shop with Alex and be refreshingly and happily amazed at how he makes it all happen in a non-stressful and productive way. I won't torture you with a long review, but I want to because EVERYTHING was handled so efficiently. I should include that I have been a Sales Manager for IBM and Henry Schein Dental...these multibillion $ co.'s are built on high end sales/service reputations. Point is this: I know greatness when I see it. One or two examples: Spoke to Alex about the Mercedes he had dropped in price to sell (great Carfax info btw...gives "fair price" accurately). Perfectly priced, so no need to dicker. I tell him I will need to get a friend to drive me there in case I buy the car...an uber driver was at my door in less than 15 minutes on Alex's dime. Bought the car and ALL paperwork was done, so I got my plates, stickers, registration in the mail shortly thereafter. Went back to get the smog done and pointed out the air conditioning/heat blower wasn't operating very well; don't forget, this is AFTER the sale. Alex could have charged me for parts and labor, but instead had Eugene (excellent mechanic btw) and Dmitry install the new blower for FREE...ask yourself when that kind of giving attitude and service happened at a used car dealer? Also put on 2 new front tires for “wholesale cost” and no labor charge. Please, you owe it to yourself to be dealt with in a professional and experienced service oriented manner...I am completely sold on Alex. P.S. In the short time I've gotten to know him, Alex has impressed me also with his love of his family. I value this also. Hope you go meet Alex...he will without a doubt, validate this review.

This Truck is a replacement for 2008 LR HSE (totaled) I just got it over a month ago and it is good so far. Very fun( zippy) to drive. Wish the seats were more comfortable. I have the 35i XLine. 79k on the clock. You have to get familiar with the idrive, also my heads-up display is not working properly. There is also a coolant leak which will be taken care of under warranty. This vehicle also used premium gas. Soo far we will see how reliable it shall be.

I flew in from Phoenix az to purchase my 2015 BMW X4. Comparably equipped X4's in Arizona are $3000 more than United Imports price. But none had the color combination I wanted anyway. United did. Isaac knew the vehicle inside and out and didn't pressure me to buy. Transaction was smooth and quick and I was on my way back to Phoenix before the sun set. Btw, they have sooooooo many very nice pre owned vehicles. If cars are your weakness, stay away ��. You will want to buy something.

I love this car so much! As a traveling doctor, this vehicle has safely climb passes cover in snow and ice, held steady on black ice, muscled through torrential downpour rain and never faultered. Between the traction control, quick response, no accidents. And when its dry road, it handles like a sports car. All the while I am surrounded with an amazing audio system.

I was interested in buying a used BMW X5 PHEV, with a specific list of features. I searched the websites, Southern CA & Northern CA. Found a potential vehicle at BMW of Mountain View. For me going to BMW of Mountain View was about a 140 mile RT, so I wanted to be confident that the vehicle was as advertised and the vehicle was being offered at a competitive price. Harvey, my BMW of Mountain View salesman, promptly provided to me the information I needed to commit to pursue a deal, and he agreed to hold the car until I had a chance to get to their showroom. I am very satisfied with the overall experience at BMW of Mountain View. Post purchase there was an issue with the vehicle. Harvey went to bat for me and the issue is being resolved, no questions asked.

I've had the 2025 X3 30 now for 5 months and it is great! It replaces our 2022 X3 that was recently totaled and both passenger walked away with just bruises so it is a safe car! This is one reason I purchased another X3. Big difference on the interior panel than the 2022 as everything has gone to touch screen for all controls which I not real fond about, even the owners manual is on the touchscreen software, The twin turbo gives plenty of power and the gas milage has improved from the older model. The gears change smoothly and the ride is also smooth. You now get a spare tire since BMW did away with the run flat tires which I hated as they did not wear great. The accessories offered in their package covers everything you want in an auto. I don't understand why the rear exhaust are hidden though as I like the chrome exhaust on my old 2022. This year the 3 was redesigned and it is slightly bigger.

Biggest negative on the X5 is the run flat tires. I think they reduce the quality of the ride and at 5,000 miles had to replace two flat tires ---- non-repairable damage.
