Only problem was the invoice said that the air filter wasn?t checked then on the back side of Check list said it was. But it wasn?t checked. Transparency needs to be cleared up. I believe this should be part of the multi point check list

Always wanted an E39 M5 after driving a friends from the paddock at Indianapolis Motor Speedway back St.Louis in 2hrs and 40 min. I lucked out and found a 2012 B7 short base 2wd this year. 35k miles for 35k. It will crush anything on the highway. Unreal handling in the twisys. It is incredible... 200mph limo. Unbelievable automobile. Fit, finish and performance are superior to any 750. If you can find a certified one from a BMW dealer, buy it. Alpina will no longer be independent in a few years, gobbled up by BMW. Don't buy an M series. It's now a computerized soccer mom car. Addendum, do not buy if you live in a heavy pot hole area, the 21 inch Michelin sidewalls do not like it.

Chris is great to deal with. He went over and above in every area of the sale. I have bought many vehicles in my life and have never felt as comfortable about buying a used one as I did dealing with chris. I will be buying from him again.

This car is not meant for a daily driver, yet I drove it every day! Very reliable. You can feel it’s more sports than luxury when comparing to a 740.

Bought this vehicle pre-owned in 2019 at a fabulously discounted price. Had only 19,000 miles on it at the time (probably only driven to church and the grocery by a nice widow). Now, in 2025, has 55,000 miles on it. Probably the best automobile I have ever owned. Performance is outstanding, repair history as good if not better than any other vehicle I owned. I added a BMW-focused, after-market Carplay system in 2021 to my existing onboard electronics system. Has worked very well and did an admirable of replacing the BMW Connected Drive system after the latter went dark. Biggest problem has been the tires wore out and I am replaciong the back struts and shocks, but some of that may be my fault. Otherwise, subjected to routine maintenance and had NO issues. Would buy again in a minute.

Bought this for my wife to replace her older jaguar,nice car, Rides smoother than the jag ,good power, a bit small on inside,I drive a Hyundai Santa Fe limited,everything on this car is smaller,harder to see,placement of some controls a bit odd,no where near the equipment the Santa Fe has Considering what this would cost brand new,verse’s Santa Fe ,not really impressed.that being said it’s a nice enough car

I owned a bmw 530I 2005 and a 750i 2006, both new cars. This one is by far the best. Plenty of power, very spacious, excellent interior finish ( the off white merino is splendid). The car runs perfect after 62k miles, no issue, everything is OK. I enjoy each time when I drive it, looks like new after five years.

I own a bmw 2011 550i Xdrive M sport package with M Steering wheel, M sport suspension ETc and honestly one of the best car I have ever own and still own. Reliability has been decent on my end but no major issues thankfully. If you well maintain this car like I have and do oil changes around 4.5k you can make this engine last past 200ks miles.

Overall great looking vehicle. The car met all my needs. The ride is smooth, it has low mileage, spacious interior especially in the back, and it came with all the bells and whistles.

My husband and I were recently on an extended trip from NC to Alabama to Michigan and upstate NY. Our S550 decided to break down just outside Lansing. The airmatic suspension failed and car was not safe to drive. Lucky for us we were only a few miles from this dealership. We called and Eric Shier took us right in when we arrived. Had the car assessed by Ali in short order. He was able to order the parts and had us back on the road in two days - no quibbling about not having time to get to us till next week, etc. And Ali even helped us transfer our luggage to the rental vehicle and reassured us that he knows his way around the S class. We count ourselves very lucky to have had that breakdown near your dealership. Excellent care from both these gentlemen. She communicated and even double checked my car and found things the collision shop missed and I wasn’t even upset about it because she was honest, upfront, and got everything ordered and fixed right away! She really makes it a point to make sure the customer is fully taken care of and satisfied with their service! As far as I’m concerned she should be the Manager of this location! Employees there could really learn a lot from the way she does things.

I went from a Minivan to A BMW and will never go back. My son bought me one It was about 8 years oldIt did start to have problems after about 5 years. Of course it's a 10 year old Car and problems were awaiting. I would buy a new one to make sure they Would be more reliable for me as a single woman driver so that I would not need repairs in the near future. I'm getting rid of mine and buying a newer model. They are so much fun to drive and I love Love love my BMW 328 I And I'm looking to buy another one here Very soon!

I absolutely love this car. I’ve owned it for over a year purchased and certified preowned with 26,000 miles and currently has 48,000 miles. I previously owned a 2022 Lexus iS 350 which I also liked and a 2017 Lexus iS 300 really enjoyed owning both but this one is the best of both worlds. Its fuel efficient and a joy to drive every day. Maintenance will be slightly higher than the Japanese brand. It’s a delightful vehicle for long trips. Highly recommend.

Paint job have held up well. Interior is still like near with exception of a little hole beginning to appear on driver seat. Nice clean sporty car
