Car is fun to drive. Acceleration is amazing. This is not a car you need it’s a car you want. It is a little low to the ground and the low profile tires were a challenge on NE roads.

Prompt and efficient service. My check engine light was on and the service department replaced a malfunctioning indicator at no cost to me.

Service by advisor Jaime Gonzalez and team for 2023 X1 scheduled 20K work was attentive, timely and complete. Tires replacement was recommended with even 4mm wear (with 2 mm bald tire warning for follow up) and this appears to be driven by the dealership legal team, who previously and separately at their sibling dealership refused to mount my new owner-provided Tire Rack tires on my 2019 Mini Cooper, which I found to be aggravating and dissatisfying. Hoping to get 30-40K out of my current BMW OEM tires (for which Jaime provided a replacement quote) and to continued excellent service by BMW of Darien.

I bought my first BMW in 2014. A new 640XI convertible... I have purchased many new vehicles including 5 Lexus 4LS models and 1 Sports coupe. The BMW was without a doubt the best. Now with regard to customer service as well as service departments (which is almost as important as the car model I select) Rallye BMW was without a doubt the best in both categories. So now that my BMW is eleven years old my wife and I decided it was time to look for a new car. There wasn't much to think about so we returned to my Rallye BMW dealership in Westbury and go for a test drive. Immediately after that test drive we returned to the dealer and negotiated the purchase of a new 2026 8XI convertible. We met with our service advisor, Frank Trotta, who has been taking great care of the 2014 model and gave him the good news: Frank we are buying a new BMW. I think that the current group of advisors is excellent, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. It is a stressful job with lots of demands but never once did i feel ignored. We should remember that a bit of politeness and good attitude goes a long way.

Bought this for my wife to replace her older jaguar,nice car, Rides smoother than the jag ,good power, a bit small on inside,I drive a Hyundai Santa Fe limited,everything on this car is smaller,harder to see,placement of some controls a bit odd,no where near the equipment the Santa Fe has Considering what this would cost brand new,verse’s Santa Fe ,not really impressed.that being said it’s a nice enough car

Just wanted to leave a 5 star review about Yonkers Kia. I worked with Guillermo Rijo who really hustled to get me the EV6 that I wanted before the end of the EV tax rebate this September. He managed to do it, working together with their showroom manager, Michael Romano. The two of them hooked me up with an excellent EV6 Wind that was better than what I expected for a leasing price that was more than fair. I enjoyed working with both of them and appreciate the effort they put into the whole process. As the days go bye, my wife and I are liking the car more and more. It’s a fantastic vehicle and represents an excellent alternative to the Tesla Model 3 I was driving before. This car is simply amazing. It's my second electric car and my first BMW. The i5 gives me what I never knew I was missing from my previous car (Tesla Model 3). First, the comfort and silence of the i5's cabin is significantly better than anything I've driven before. It takes the bumps so comfortably and I love how my trips on the interstate are surprisingly quiet inside. The styling is gorgeous, too. Classic BMW sedan look, brought a few years into the future. Great balance between aggressive and refined. Inside, I love the giant display. Everything's there in sight, without having to switch back and forth between screens. Plus, I have just the right amount of physical controls so I don't have to use the touch screen all the time. Finally, the performance is incredible. I've got several modes to choose from, to fit my driving for the trip. Sport is obviously my favorite, especially with the sounds that are included! This was definitely the most expensive vehicle I've bought, but overall, I have no regrets... fit, finish, and feature-set are all top notch.

Not the kind of car I expected, but I have been more than happy with it. The 2019 330i xDrive has been safe, efficient, and makes you feel like you are flying in a Boeing 777 or an F-18. It is quieter, meaner, and comfortable for long trips. That being said, some maintenance costs are high, but if you keep it for long run and maintain it thoroughly, it will last long enough.
