The service I received was top notch. I was greeted with a smile and they quickly informed the salesman I had an appointment with that I had arrived. Giovanni was very personable. I would have given each category 5 stars, but I had to rate the buying process as a 4, only because I was in there longer than I wanted to be. There was a delay with me signing my paperwork. The finance manager had to handle a matter that only he could do. That resulted in me having to wait until he was finished handling that issue.

Lam won't pressure you and will truly look out for you, unlike the Toyota dealership across the street, where they cared only about markups, were unwilling to negotiate, and tried to quote us for a Sienna when we specifically asked for a three-row SUV. I had a good experience purchasing a used car at BMW Fremont. The sales rep, Calvin responded to my questions very quickly. There were some issues with the car and Max assisted with arranging the Servicing Dept and fixed the problem. However, after purchasing the car, I did realize the trunk cover is missing and the dealer told me they were not able to find it. That?s the only thing I felt disappointed in since the trunk cover is useful in securing the belongings in the trunk.

This is my second BMW. I started haveing my first BMW serviced at Mountain View. After driving my 328i for 17 years I decided it was time to get a new car. Hence buying my current BMW at Mountain View. I have enjoyed my BMWs. I?m planning to keep my current car as long as I?m driving.

There was a recall announcement for my 2025 X5 50e. My appointment was at 7am. Upon my arrival, I met with my BMW rep Arunveer, who was in a chipper mood for 7am (refreshing). I was able to be placed in a loaner BMW and Arunveer reviewed the steps for the recall (breaking system). Throughout the day, BMW tech sent me a short video of the inspection and an overview of how X-rated (X5) was doing. The service is top-notch and if you are at the BMW location try the new coffee machine :)

I get 40 to 50 mpg depending on the type of driving. I get 20 miles out of almost every full charge. That takes care of over half my trips meaning I don't use any gas at all. I understand other people have a different experience, but I wonder about where they're driving and how they're driving. I'm in the US. Love the 2018 330e. Smooth, quiet and beautiful. It is a bit small though, so my next car will be the bmw 530e.
