Too often you go to a car dealership with feeling like the vultures are descending upon you. When I arrived at the dealership no one came out to hassle me while I was looking. When we were done looking a salesman did approach us. His name was Neal Graham. Neal was warm, friendly and attentive. My father-in -law was with me as he himself had purchased a brand new Toyota just two years ago at this very dealership. He was right to recommend them to me. He would later say " How did you feel about your experience today"? I said " That's a dealership that gets it." Ed Martin Toyota is just simply the best dealership in Indiana. While I am ringing their bell the finance did a remarkable job explaining everything to us. Thanks Sam! There are very few places anymore that can bring you "The A game" in customer service. He did not try to pressure or convince us into buying anything. But I fell in love with the red Audi A4 2018. I was in and out in no time and the paperwork process was swift and simple. Not the kind of car I expected, but I have been more than happy with it. The 2019 330i xDrive has been safe, efficient, and makes you feel like you are flying in a Boeing 777 or an F-18. It is quieter, meaner, and comfortable for long trips. That being said, some maintenance costs are high, but if you keep it for long run and maintain it thoroughly, it will last long enough.

Having driven my 2021 Lexus IS for a year, I started looking for a change...Yes, Lexus is a great car and I must admit - built quality, reliability and safety is by far one of the best...Yet, I was constantly having a bug in my head, especially while driving on highways...there was something that was not complete with this car and I was having a second thought about it...until finally I realized- I was not enjoying driving this car! Again, safety and reliability were great but was it really what I wanted from a luxury car (many would argue that it’s Toyota after all, but hey- Lexus has so many great features so don’t be cynic)! All my friends, who had BMWs, would tell me that I had to try a bimmer. And here I am, sold my Lexus and decided to give it a try with an entry level 2021 BMW 228i xdrive gran coupe (CPO). Man, were my friends right! What a joy to drive this vehicle (and I must say that BMW enthusiasts do not even classify 2 series as fun as 3 series RWD, for example)...Yet, my BMW’s engaging driving hooked me- this is what I was missing - car that is an ultimate driving machine! And better yet, my CPO vehicle comes with 2 more years of warranty and 1 year free maintenance! Enjoying every moment driving this car... Handling, acceleration (especially in a sport mode) is by far so much better than my former Lexus…and it drives complements! It has one weakness though - you will fall in love with this car and will likely never look back at any another brand! My next one will be the M model if I can afford it...one day!

Best buying experience I have had in a long time. Found the car online and hashed out the details via text and phone, so when we picked up the vehicle, we were in and out in under an hour. I read some great reviews for Bentley Indianapolis and some not so good, so I got scared...initially we were going to have the car shipped to our house, so I decided going there in person was best. I found the people working there very nice and not pretentious. Our car was in great condition and was exactly what was described online and in the video/photos.

Bought 730d xdrive msport September 2020, its a great car and I cant find fault with it, it was involved in an accident in December 2020 and I had the Audi flag ship A8 and that was a complete disappointment.

The M5 is a beast. It is like 3 cars in one:1), an all electric automobile for 33 miles,2) a twin turbo V-8 hybrid with zero lag,3) a roomy/comfortable cruiser. It is missing a couple items that should be standard or available such as soft close doors and seat message. Otherwise, this is the best of both worlds.
