During this time, Juan was already in the process of getting a rental started without being asked! Simply amazing! Alex has truly gone above and beyond to take care of us while our vehicle is being serviced. He has kept us updated the entire time, and we never had to worry or feel stressed through this process. 109,000 miles on my 2019 BMW 530e and it drives like the day I bought it. Original brakes, 2 sets of new performance tires since purchased new. Keep it services precisely to timeliness at the dealership, where service department provides a loaner. Favorite car of 13 lifetime purchases (which is why we still have it).

Everything from making an appointment, checking in, having the service rep. explain work to be done and final checkout was a seamless wonderful experience. The complimentary car was extremely clean and that process from picking it up through dropping it off was easy and well done.

Great navigation system, roomy interior, stylish, easy to drive, large trunk space. The memory seat adjustment is a plus. Also has a great sound system.

John Machado was the only reason I purchased from the dealership I drove from la to van nuys to deal with this guy he know everything about these vehicles I would highly suggest if you want to buy this is the guy to buy from. He helped me get the down payment and monthly payment where I needed them to be and made it happen. He sent a video just for me and pictures. Absolutely love my 2019 530e. Drove a 5.7 hemi Chrysler 300 prior but I’ve owned a 2014 bmw 328i. The turbo 4 engine on this sedan is buttery, not as fast as the 6 but this car shines in the twistys and turns. She handles on rails. Gas to hybrid motor transition is seamless. I get 38mpg usually because my commute is 68 miles so everyday I get about 20-25 electric range. (Must turn off AC/Heat otherwise it dips to 18). The key to extending electric mileage is to know when to use the gas motor, especially uphills. Otherwise you will sap your range. My only complaints is the interior and trunk are a little cramped compared to my old 300. The value also dropped a lot, I bought one year ago for 32k (40k after taxes and bumper to bumper warrranry). with 30k miles and now it’s got 60k miles and now only worth 25k so I have zero equity if I want to trade it in. Otherwise zero problems only been in shop for oil changes. I almost need to go buy a bucket commuter so I can keep miles off the 530 but she is just so much nicer to drive especially in the cities where she just glides with the electric motor. I’ve even driven off road ok gravel and she has great comfy suspension that absorbs a lot of bumps.

As always, it is please to have a service at Beverly Hills location. People are professional waiting area is clean, providing complimentary espresso drinks. I feel PRIVILEGED. I strongly recommend.

Have had 5 3 series`, and I wont drive anything else, starting with a `78 323. Love the whole layout, including the battery...surprising power for a 4 cylinder. My last was an inline 6, and this is far quicker. I`m 6 ft tall, and the back seat is , well, a back seat. You have as much legroom as the front seaters allow, but even with the front seats pulled a few inches forward, there is still ample room in front (and back). Only drawback? The shift into second can be a little abrupt, that`s about it. Thx.

I really like this car. It's very responsive, fast, stable, great turning and traction on the road. I gave it all 5 stars but please know that I ordered it new with the features and interior that I wanted. I live in the North East, so I got the all-wheel-drive.

The 2023 BMW 530xe PHEV hits the sweet-spot for what I want in a vehicle: 1) with up to 21 e-miles on a full charge I have enjoyed 100% electric driving for almost all my day-to-day trips (in the past year I’ve only filled the gas tank to our 530xe about 3-4 times), 2) Easy road-trips with no interruption to wait-around for my car to charge, just fill the tank with gas and keep going. I’m just not ready to go electric-only because the technology and charging infrastructure just isn’t there (until it’s as quick and easy to get a full electric charge as it is to fill your gas tank (in just 3-5 minutes), I’ll happily enjoy my 530xe PHEV. It’s literally the best of both worlds. Also the 530xe is stylish (I get unsolicited comments often), seats are comfortable on long road-trips and car is sporty to drive. Plus the back seat is comfortable too — often not the case in other vehicles. I’ve throughly enjoyed my 2023 530xe with no mechanical problems or issues.

Looking for a Tesla and they had a model 3, only 3 months old. Freddy was very helpful from the beginning to the end. He made sure we were taken care of during the financial process, too. I love everything about this car and for me, the ultimate driving experience. Bought 3 years ago with 54K miles. Now at 93K miles with NO mechanical or system problems always following regular maintenance. Just had BMW's Multipoint inspection during a scheduled oil change and passsed every category with flying colors. BMW dealer even offered to buy it from me. And, extra bonus with average 30 miles per gallon.

Just a side note that you may want to pay more attention to the beverage corner - always run out of ice water and coffee machine is out of service (too many customers?)

We had a great experience with Pacific BMW. The car we purchased was beautiful and we got a great deal for it. The only negative part of the purchase was the actual buying process. It took a little longer than we expected and maybe it could have been a bit more streamlined. But in the end, the car was worth the wait.

The good features of the 530e definitely outweigh the bad. The positive features include: good performance handling, good looks, and decent technology. The negative qualities are: less trunk space, sketchy fuel economy numbers, less than average battery performance and slower engine-only performance. As a former owner of multiple 5 Series vehicles, this looks similar but its clearly a different car with different body panels. BMW delivered this car with a level 1 portable charger, that charges fully from 0 to full (21 miles) in about 12 hours. A level 2 charger would recharge faster, but is not necessary if overnight charging works for you. Still having fun with this hybrid for now.

BMW Long Beach is excellent and they give the highest level of service. I have purchased a new and used vehicle here. Highly recommend going to them if you are looking at purchasing a car.
