Have this car for 3 years and it’s been nothing but pleasure. Subtle looking on the outside, cruising beast on the inside. Drove other BMWs and not have been as boss feeling car as this one.

It was a great experience. They took care of me ASAP and work was done on timely manner. The one thing needs to be addressed is when car is completed and you are waiting please call out the name or something. I sat there almost 1/2 hr to 40 minutes and realized my car was done and waiting outside.

I purchased this car in 2017 it was a high mileage off lease corporate vehicle, 78K miles to be exact. Outside of normal wear and tear, the only issues I've had was/is a gasket somewhere that made smoke on the interior coming through the vents and my amplifier went out on me. The car now has a few miles under 200K and still runs like a dream.

Vel is a great sales guy. Very responsive and will work with the customer. We drove from MI with a trade in and they honored their offer. There were a couple minor things like steering wheel was more worn than we would have expected given the nice condition of the rest of the car. Small headliner plug interior for convertible top was missing. Other than that it was a smooth transaction.

Staff was amazing and got me what I wanted. I told them a price I wanted to spend and they did not try to sell me anything more.

Jamie and Jonathan were very friendly and helpful. Jamie took a lot of time with us as we test drive the Buick Enclave and asked a ton of questions. The buying process was amazing. Jamie gave us a great price and didn’t spend a lot of time trying to sell on products we didn’t need. The finance of the car was extremely fast. They sent me a link to start the process online so when I arrived I was fully approved and just needed to align on the term and how much I was financing. Very accommodating to out-of-town buyers, except pay-in-full is required to hold a vehicle. Need more flexibility on this, like allowing sizable deposit with time limits
