Exceptional service. Recently, I purchased 2 vehicles from ECarOne in Plano TX.  My experience with ECarOn from my Sale advisor Dau Nguyen to Ash Osman in Finance was smooth and painless.   I communicated with Dau a few times regarding the Price of these cars and Trade in values, approx a week before we drove from Houston area to Plano.   Dau was very courteous, professional, straightforward and gave me a fair deal on the trade in.  I felt comfortable enough to drive 3.5 hrs to see him.  Once we arrived at the dealer, cars were in front ready for us to test drive.  With Dau's help, we were in and out with the new cars in a very short time.   We got two beautiful and in almost brand new condition cars, a 2021 Maserati GranLusso Levante for myself and a 2024 BMW X1 for my daughter.  Ash was easy to deal with, he did not hassle me into something I dont want and gave me a good deal on the extended warranty which I asked for.   I found my car dealer in TX now, and I will be back in the future.  I strongly recommend Dau Nguyen and ECarOne if you are looking for used luxury cars in great condition at good prices.

The 2023 BMW 530xe PHEV hits the sweet-spot for what I want in a vehicle: 1) with up to 21 e-miles on a full charge I have enjoyed 100% electric driving for almost all my day-to-day trips (in the past year I’ve only filled the gas tank to our 530xe about 3-4 times), 2) Easy road-trips with no interruption to wait-around for my car to charge, just fill the tank with gas and keep going. I’m just not ready to go electric-only because the technology and charging infrastructure just isn’t there (until it’s as quick and easy to get a full electric charge as it is to fill your gas tank (in just 3-5 minutes), I’ll happily enjoy my 530xe PHEV. It’s literally the best of both worlds. Also the 530xe is stylish (I get unsolicited comments often), seats are comfortable on long road-trips and car is sporty to drive. Plus the back seat is comfortable too — often not the case in other vehicles. I’ve throughly enjoyed my 2023 530xe with no mechanical problems or issues.

I'd been looking for this car for a while and came across two at different dealerships in my area, unfortunately they sold really fast. So, I started my search online and although I was a bit skittish of buying a car online without seeing or driving it first, I couldn't be happier with the car, the process, and most of all the salesman, Mitchell Macaluso. He made the entire process so seamless and less scary. He answered all of my questions, kept me informed of the process the whole time and was very professional. Not the kind of car I expected, but I have been more than happy with it. The 2019 330i xDrive has been safe, efficient, and makes you feel like you are flying in a Boeing 777 or an F-18. It is quieter, meaner, and comfortable for long trips. That being said, some maintenance costs are high, but if you keep it for long run and maintain it thoroughly, it will last long enough.
