Bought a used one in November 2023 with 24k miles. Car pulls like a train in any gear. The sport transmission lets you shift and downshift at the moment you press the paddles. There’s no delay. I typically drive the car in sport+. I was able to hit 60 in 4.2 seconds without launch control. I can’t totally speak for reliability but the car so far is good. I have only driven 1000 miles with the car though. The cons I noticed are The dual climate zones don’t have a sync button. So you manually have to change both climate controls, The plastic ac unit cover is pretty flimsy and bends in when you push hard, the trunk button sits a little low for you push when your in the drivers seat. It’s near the front hoodlatch. Most cars have the lock button on the door, for the bmw f30, it’s on top of the hazard lights which is in the center console, also, the Ambient lighting has two lights, orange or white. And both are really dim. Most of these “cons” are personal things. The car drives wonderful and handles amazing. Would recommend this car.

109,000 miles on my 2019 BMW 530e and it drives like the day I bought it. Original brakes, 2 sets of new performance tires since purchased new. Keep it services precisely to timeliness at the dealership, where service department provides a loaner. Favorite car of 13 lifetime purchases (which is why we still have it).

I just purchased my 2nd (almost) brand new Tucson from Doug's in Lynnwood. My first experience was 7 years ago and fairly stressful, however this time was amazing. My sales rep was Michael Wilson. I had a certain deal in mind with my trade based on research and with very little back and forth I got my car! I've bought several new cars over the years and Michael by far is the best sales rep I've ever dealt with. He has a very kind, calm demeaner and made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. BEST CAR EVER, I BOUGTH IT ON 2018 WITH 44000 MILES. STILL RUNNING PERFECT WITH 180000 MILES. GREAT POWER ON COMFORT DRIVE. ON ECO DRIVE YOU LOSE A LOT OF POWER BUT YOU SAVE GAS. IT HAS A GREAT STABILITY ON HIGHWAY. THE MUSIC SOUND SYSTEM IS POWERFUL!!

Sam Bhurgri my salesman, the owner and the whole Bellevue team were amazing from start to when we flew over to pick up our 2026 BMW i5 40. Everything was ready to sign and hit the road back home. The car is amazingly fast 3.3 seconds to 60 mph. The ride is comfortable and the car is very responsive.

All representatives work in that location are friendly and helpful! The representative even help me fixed a small problem with my door! Always good to go there when service is needed.

I really like this car. It's very responsive, fast, stable, great turning and traction on the road. I gave it all 5 stars but please know that I ordered it new with the features and interior that I wanted. I live in the North East, so I got the all-wheel-drive.

I want to thank Colin K at BMW Seattle for assisting me with the 2011 Toyota Runner. I have been looking for over a year to replace my 2015. He was extremely kind hearted and welcoming, as I would hope. He explained the process and procedures of the sale, followed the safety regs, and was offering a nice warm cup of cocoa during the coldest weather. Overall a good experience for getting my BMW oil change and vehicle check. about 1.5 hours total for the appointment which is not bad. Anthony was great getting me setup and checking in regularly. video of inspection was good quality and informative.

Purchased my 07 BMW 328xi (E90) quite used, with 189,000 miles on it, and nearly no issues at all but for a badly-needed head unit upgrade and probably a systems software update (since it has no USB drives built into it, I'm unable to download and install the system software updates myself. Not a huge fan of the clonky iDrive or whatever it's called; seems a bit overkill. The factory DVD drive exclusively for Nav installation updates (that are now so beyond obsolete, they aren't even available,) is one of the more ridiculous decisions BMW made with this car. No full-size spare on extra rim in the trunk, which I thought was a German automotive norm, having owned four Audi A4s prior to this BMW. I was more than a little disappointed to find not only no full-size spare, but not even the space for one if you wanted one, and not even a spare tire of any sort, not even a lousy donut. And I get it, BMW has great faith in their "run-flat" tires. But every Audi I've owned has had not only factory run-flat tires, but ALSO the full-size spare rim and tire in a special compartment under the trunk. I'm stumped as to this continued oversight in BMW's decisions. The trunk location of the battery was a surprise, though now, having located three individual positive charging prods (two on the battery in the trunk, one on the upper left near the washer fluid reservoir,) I am decidedly a fan of having flexibility in car positioning for jumping other cars. I can't be positive, but I assume the floor mats that came with mine are factory, based on what I've seen online and the weird and raggedy shape of these horrendous things. Total fail, if so. I've had better stock floor mats in junky minivans than these frumpy little, not-quite-sized-right and with a weird flap of carpeting that sticks nearly onto the accelerator pedal itself, although it's unable to be tucked at all into the space underneath the pedals. Yuck. I expected better than these. Factory speakers throughout entire car still nearly mint, sound fantastic, and the audio controls allow for some pretty unique audio options (like the option to have the music automatically increase in volume as the car increases in speed lol. That's a funky little quirky. Um, can we real talk, BMW, about this whole outdated 90's-style popout cupholder situation? 🤔 I won't pretend to understand what the heck went on during that embarrassing decision, but man, that's not a good look or functional, you guys. Yeesh. Otherwise, so far so good. Smooth, comfy, classic style, beautiful paint color, impressive little car.
