They will search for you from other dealer allocations or have custom vehicles produced for you when many other dealers are lazy and just want to sell you their in stock vehicles. My sales associate, Nathan Reindorf, is awesome. Nate has been with BMW for 6 years, has a large client base and is simply excellent at his job. From the get go he was always friendly, helpful, accommodating and patient. Nate was able to get us our dream car, M4 Competition, from an already started build in Germany that was in allocation. The car came in quickly, was exactly as described and then Nate really stepped up to the plate. Nate and Paul finance were able to display their financial wizardry to get us where we needed to be in regards to monthly pricing. When making a large purchase such as a luxury vehicle it is important to feel as though you are getting a fair deal and with Nate you always knew he would be truthful and honest. After purchasing my vehicle Nate took the time to deliver the vehicle (go over all of the technology and functions). Matt, our service agent stopped by to introduce himself and offer his assistance if it was ever needed. I was contacted a few days after our purchase by both general managers, who both thanked me for my purchase via voicemail. How many dealerships have that attention to detail? Matt is Excellent. Outstanding customer service he is knowledgeable and quick and made the buying process a breaze. He went out of his way to make our experience the best it could be and stayed late to make sure my Wife could take hers home same day. I bought 2 cars in two separate trips on Saturday in the time it would take to buy one at other dealerships. Not the kind of car I expected, but I have been more than happy with it. The 2019 330i xDrive has been safe, efficient, and makes you feel like you are flying in a Boeing 777 or an F-18. It is quieter, meaner, and comfortable for long trips. That being said, some maintenance costs are high, but if you keep it for long run and maintain it thoroughly, it will last long enough.

I purchased the 540i xDrive with shadowline package in March 2022. The exterior is absolutely beautiful, The vehicle handles very well. Excellent acceleration. I love the option to be able to switch driving element from economy, comfort or sport. Driver assist works great; even on curves. There’s not much back seat room to move your feet, or if you have big feet, but overall a very comfortable vehicle. I can’t think of any other luxury sedan I’d select over it.

my experience here was great. my sales person Matt Waters could not have been better. He made the entire experience efficient. The finance team was ok even though I had to go back in to sign the paperwork but it was still a great experience overall. I love my MDX.

I recently bought a BMW 540i xdrive. It has ample acceleration, excellent handling on curves, a ride that is neither harsh nor floaty, and gets decent mileage. Wind and road noise are well suppressed, and the Harmon-Kardon stereo system is excellent. The built-in navigation system is also the best of those I've experienced. The trunk is adequate for vacation traveling, the rear seat folds, and there is adequate leg room for rear passengers. The only drawbacks are that the car was over-engineered with three different ways of doing almost everything: voice command, iDrive, and touch screen. The owner's manual is available online and in printed format, but the instructions are difficult to find and to follow. There are some features missing in a passenger car in this price and size segment: rear seat temperature control, and passenger seat memory. I also find the standard front seats a little narrow compared to the Volvo I had been driving.
