Got a pretty good deal on my certified pre-owned 328i. The salesperson was nice, and the manager was very straight up and honest during the purchase. I was expecting a battle, but overall, it turned out to be a positive experience.

We love our i5 M60 so much we bought two! It’s gorgeous inside and out, has more power than you’ll know what to do with, and drives as smooth as silk.

My tire pressure monitor light came on so I took it to Cesar Pleitez. He fixed the problem even though it took almost eight hours of programming which is normal. I am very happy. SM BMW offered me Uber ride as well .

A great daily driver that is comfortable, quiet, and relaxing. The tech features are low stress and easy. Always feels ready to reduce stress with spirted driving. Has a way of wrapping around you to feel like a smaller car as you drive and still be large enough to feel safe on a road full of crossovers.

We had a great experience with Pacific BMW. The car we purchased was beautiful and we got a great deal for it. The only negative part of the purchase was the actual buying process. It took a little longer than we expected and maybe it could have been a bit more streamlined. But in the end, the car was worth the wait.

Sold my 2015 640i coupe for a 2020 840i. Couldn't be happier even though it doesn't have a popup roof, or CD player. The speed blue/cognac combo is eye popping. I haven't ever seen another 840 one on the road. Looking forward to changing the run flats for premium radial all-weather tires. Very quick with the 335 HP 6 cylinder in sport mode, & runs great on 89 octane....

Visited to test drive through Costco Auto program. Monica was prompt in connecting and arranging a test drive. Since she was occupied with a customer, Olya assisted. She was very professional throughout the test drive and purchase of a 330i. The 2023 BMW 530xe PHEV hits the sweet-spot for what I want in a vehicle: 1) with up to 21 e-miles on a full charge I have enjoyed 100% electric driving for almost all my day-to-day trips (in the past year I’ve only filled the gas tank to our 530xe about 3-4 times), 2) Easy road-trips with no interruption to wait-around for my car to charge, just fill the tank with gas and keep going. I’m just not ready to go electric-only because the technology and charging infrastructure just isn’t there (until it’s as quick and easy to get a full electric charge as it is to fill your gas tank (in just 3-5 minutes), I’ll happily enjoy my 530xe PHEV. It’s literally the best of both worlds. Also the 530xe is stylish (I get unsolicited comments often), seats are comfortable on long road-trips and car is sporty to drive. Plus the back seat is comfortable too — often not the case in other vehicles. I’ve throughly enjoyed my 2023 530xe with no mechanical problems or issues.

Purchased a 2021 cert pre-owned from dealer w/ 26k miles. 530i xdrive, car handles like a true Beamer, so tight and feels great driving. A little disappointed the entire 5-series class isn't 6 cylinder however the 4 turbo feels like one anyways, only with improved gas mileage, so not really a compliant just a preference. The dealer recommended using premium fuel, and I use it maybe once a month to keep the engine running smooth and also 10k in between oil changes. Pretty nice! Would absolutely purchase again. Next major service at 80k as well.

I bought a used car that was highly sought after, based on it having only 2k miles per year and it's price point. Initially when I responded to the dealership on three separate occasions (driving 60 miles for each trip), I walked away with dissatisfaction each time. However, My Client Advisor Mr. Frank M. subsequently came through as promised. He promised to hit a home run and did so after I informed him that he needed to work harder to assist me as a prospective buyer on a strict budget. Fortunately, to make a long story short, Mr. Frank fought for me and the GM accepted my offer and a deal was made. WOW, I wish this could have been done on the first day rather than the fourth day when I showed up to the dealership. This is why I gave a four star rating. Not the kind of car I expected, but I have been more than happy with it. The 2019 330i xDrive has been safe, efficient, and makes you feel like you are flying in a Boeing 777 or an F-18. It is quieter, meaner, and comfortable for long trips. That being said, some maintenance costs are high, but if you keep it for long run and maintain it thoroughly, it will last long enough.

The GM Quynh and Mike in finance are the best of the best and the entire service team , Gary, Amanda, ziggy and Ivan are the reason why I keep coming back and only go to Beverly Hills BMW.
