I was having issues with my back seat buckle not registering properly and found out it was covered under warranty. Zack helped get the process started for me. There are two Mercedes Benz dealers in the Milwaukee area, and I’m glad I chose International Autos Group to service my vehicle. From the time I arrived to the time I left, I was treated very well by everyone. When I arrived, the service person was with a customer but immediately acknowledged me and let me know he would be with me shortly. Soon after, I had the Service Manager, Pete, help me out. Pete is professional, friendly and truly wants to help customers. He went the extra mile to ensure MB would cover any issues under warranty. I really appreciated that and the fact that they completed my regular maintenance quickly. Every staff member I interacted with was very responsive and friendly, from the sales people, admins and even the tech that drove my vehicle. Management: you make some quality hires so keep it up. Car is fun to drive. Acceleration is amazing. This is not a car you need it’s a car you want. It is a little low to the ground and the low profile tires were a challenge on NE roads.

Zach arranged for my 2003 z4 to be towed, shuttled me back to my home 45 minutes away, kept me informed of repair progress, then delivered my car when finished. I previously used Knauz in Lake Bluff but they obviously missed serious repair issues that caused this situation. I'll use International BMW from now on. Can't say enough about the outstanding service from Zach, shuttle drivers Mark and Greg, and driver Dave/ Thanks so much!!!

I just want to thank everyone involved with our new vehicle purchase!! From Marry (Sales) confirming the vehicle was ACTUALLY on the lot and personally holding onto the keys so no one else could grab them(!), to Christian (Sales Director) and his willingness to work with us to come up with numbers that worked for us both, to Jessi (finance) and her quick, friendly work getting us through our paperwork. Everyone was super friendly and professional. After the purchase we had to return for installation of running boards where we met John Ferrigno (service). Although we were told install would take an hour or two, he told us it would likely be longer - a little disappointing but we had the time to wait. Not even 1 hour later John came up to us to say our install was DONE!! He pushed it to the top of the list - what excellent customer service! And the final kudos goes to Mike Schmidt (service) who took my frantic call today when I couldn't get the liftgate to open or shut (stuck 1/2 way open) Although he tried to talk me through the process over the phone (for a good 15 minutes) I was really frustrated, so he guided me through the process of manually closing the liftgate (so I could get home) and said if we couldn't figure out how to reset it - he'd be glad to help out. Fortunately, we figured it out (lesson learned!) but his calmness and patience helped me not freak out. I don't think most people enjoy the process of vehicle shopping BUT this experience from start to finish was exceptional! Thanks Umansky!

I purchased the 840 grand coupe over the 5 or 7 series BMW. The sporty style is a big plus. The technology is the same on all the vehicles. For now I am very pleased. Time will tell.

BMW's, specifically M series can sometimes get a bad rep for reliability and the markup in service cost if out of warranty. This couldn't be further from the truth...I've owned two f80 M3s and these things are extremely well-engineered and other than the random crankhub issues (typically caused by loose crankbolts from the factory or bad tunes that on-ramp torque too quickly) these cars are bullet-proof. I've put over 70,000 miles on this chassis and have had ZERO headaches, zero mechanical surprises and nothing but a xxxx eating grin from ear to ear each and every time I drive one. BMW did a knockout job mechanically and cosemetically with this generation F8X M3 and they've prooven to hold-up against the test of time. With petrol engines being phased out, this car is sure to continue to hold it's value!!!

Not the kind of car I expected, but I have been more than happy with it. The 2019 330i xDrive has been safe, efficient, and makes you feel like you are flying in a Boeing 777 or an F-18. It is quieter, meaner, and comfortable for long trips. That being said, some maintenance costs are high, but if you keep it for long run and maintain it thoroughly, it will last long enough.

I had an excellent experience with VW of Milwaukee. The sales person was invested to help me out of a bad situation into a better one. The sales manager Frankie did everything he could to work with me and made me feel like he had my back. At the end of the day, they are there to sell cars, but I went there to buy one so of all the times I've bought a car. This was certainly the least painful.

A great daily driver that is comfortable, quiet, and relaxing. The tech features are low stress and easy. Always feels ready to reduce stress with spirted driving. Has a way of wrapping around you to feel like a smaller car as you drive and still be large enough to feel safe on a road full of crossovers.

Car came as advertised, minus one issue with rusted brakes that we discovered once we got home. Otherwise they were extremely professional and helpful! Any small problems we found were fixed immediately

BEST CAR EVER, I BOUGTH IT ON 2018 WITH 44000 MILES. STILL RUNNING PERFECT WITH 180000 MILES. GREAT POWER ON COMFORT DRIVE. ON ECO DRIVE YOU LOSE A LOT OF POWER BUT YOU SAVE GAS. IT HAS A GREAT STABILITY ON HIGHWAY. THE MUSIC SOUND SYSTEM IS POWERFUL!!
