They wax my car for free every 6 months. I also get my oil change etc....(they send me coupons and reminders). Carwash--- well- honestly, not a really ideal situation, because plenty times they told me they didnt have time. I dont even ask anymore.
i wasn't able to buy yet need to save some money but they were very nice and respectable of my time and just bc i couldn't buy that day i was treated very well. when i can get my car it will b NISSAN OF PICAYNE!!

Nothing to say really just hate the wait timing to get your car services an they don’t give out loaner until your car ready but other then that the wait timing could get better.. thank to Donald n ms Stacie from speeding up the work on my car..happy costume
I’m still waiting on my vehicle to be service still didn’t get to drive it yet to get a survey yet on the car. My car salesmen never call me back abut the service on the car I had to call him.but he still never call me back to tell me about the car.still waiting but I do still have the loneners vehicle
On yesterday I went to Matt Bower Nissan to look around, not to buy are trade in. When I got there I was greeted with great service. I spoke with John Godfrey who assisted me by any means necessary. I was not looking to leave off the lot with a car, what’s so amazing I didn’t ask to see the cars he pick one out for me and it was perfect from that moment I knew I had to get this car. John made sure that happened even when I had doubts, he made sure I was one satisfied customer. Great job John Godfrey I will make sure I recommend your service. This post is to retract the prior post that I recently sent. I am very happy to report that my faith in Matt Bowers Nissan has been restored, and I’m very proud to be able to share that with everyone. I must commend and especially thank Reggie Bates for reaching out to me and exhibiting exemplary customer service skills in his determination to make me Whole in this process, and turned out to be instrumental in correctly solving the issue. I would now definitely buy another vehicle and recommend the dealership to people that I deal with. I’m so glad that everything was resolved and now I’m back to enjoying my beautiful vehicle. We just purchased a 2014 Honda Odyssey and had the best experience at Premier. We were treated so respectfully as compared to another local dealer. The salesmen work tirelessly for the customers and you can tell it's a family at Premier. We did most of our negotiation online and over the phone because we have 2 small children. Corey was extremely patient throughout the entire process and through our indecisiveness. He stayed late and appeased every request and not once showed any frustration. Greg, the sales manager, is extremely kind, fair, and professional--not the same treatment from a manager that we received at our local dealership. Travis, who did our financing, was knowledgeable and highly efficient. Overall an excellent, well-oiled and FAIR dealership. There are fair people in the world!
My overall experience was great they took the time and help undo damage that was done to our credit structure by another dealer to get us a great car and a even better interest rate. Above and Beyond Customer Service !
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
Car was more beautiful in person than photos did justice. Luke and Alex very knowledgeable. Out-of-state title came quickly!! Glad we drove to New Orleans--worth the trip, and you can't get a much more discriminating buyer than I am!!
