Biggest negative on the X5 is the run flat tires. I think they reduce the quality of the ride and at 5,000 miles had to replace two flat tires ---- non-repairable damage.

We had an amazing experience buying our new car. Jordan was fantastic to work with, and was able to get all the financing approved before we drove down. She stayed late to make sure we were all setup and good to go with our new car. The finance department was easy to work with and explained everything in detail. I highly recommend this dealership.

1. BMW has relinquished transmission service, WHY? They DO NOT make their transmissions and the builder, another German company does and has a full service recommend sheet, with miles and correct fluids, et al. Now that's a load of crap. All transmission need servicing like any part with fluid traveling through it! So when your Trany goes out, you are looking a $4000+ easy, Thanks BMW for that PLANNED OBSELENCE! 2. No dip stick and access to change your oil or the very small oil gasket, NOT THE OIL FILTER, will cost you over $1000 in labor, TO ACCESS and a $14.08 part! 3. Ridiculous depreciation the minute you drive off the lot. I can buy a 2022 X7, retailing north of $95,000 for around. $50,000 and CPO/Certified with around 35-45,000 miles. 4. Very fun to drive, quality feel, twin turbo power I like, the profile is amazing on my 2017 X5. Don't like the body style changes. 5. You pay $65,000 or more and have to pay extra, with one package to get the Harmon Kardon stereo. xxxx, for that much in the price tag I should get the Bowers and Wilkins. 6. 9.5 and 10.5 wheels and tires make it look "mean". But no rotation and you will wear out the front tires in about 25,000 miles. Run flats are harsh and do not last. So, get an "S" model and gain gas mileage, rotate and balance tires and unless you live in a cold climate, the XDrive is a waste of additional sticker shock. of money. 10. The interior colors, mine is brown leather, are nauseating, at best. Orange looking leather, white leather-are you kidding me? And, the old standby Black!

Just picked up my new GLS 580 (literally, like 4 hours ago) and I couldn't be more pleased. I expected good things (bought a GT 63 last year) and the team didn't disappoint. Even when there were some hiccups, all concerns were quickly resolved and I remain a happy and loyal customer. An extra special thanks to Kolby, Chris (both of them), Brad, and Nick (in no particular order). I know where all my future Mercedes are coming from.

Our 2022 X5 was a beautiful car to us. Unfortunately it didn't work for us as my wife is handicapped and found it difficult to get in and out of - it's higher than one would expect and came to realize the seats are more inboard than other cars that are direct competitors. The 3 inch door sill was almost like a running board and contributed to her struggles. Even though we had the multi-contour seats, we found the lower cushion seat side bolsters too firm for any drive more than an hour. The seat back was fine. While driving around town and 2 lanes was great, it didn't track as well on the highway as one would expect, even after an alignment (it was off at delivery). Our old Volvos were much better in that regard. The positives include the exterior and interior design/layout, the quality, ride, handling and power. It also still has a few buttons, albeit a bit small when driving. The headlights were awesome and the gas mileage was better than expected, 21 around town and 28+ on the highway. Our situation is unique, and after 7 months we sold the car to a tall, able bodied couple.

I absolutely love this car. Sleek design, very sharp looking. Drives like a dream. It takes a bit to learn where controls are for dash but, once you got it down, its easy.

I was dreading the process of buying a car because of all the haggling, hidden fees, and dishonesty associated with the car buying process. The next morning when we went to go look at the cars that were available at the dealership and found all the cars were clean, orderly, and well kept. Scott was very kind, not the typical "Used Car Salesman", and willing to work with us to find a car that fit our needs, and worked with us on the pricing to be extremely competitive, and genuinely cared about our situation. I've had the 2025 X3 30 now for 5 months and it is great! It replaces our 2022 X3 that was recently totaled and both passenger walked away with just bruises so it is a safe car! This is one reason I purchased another X3. Big difference on the interior panel than the 2022 as everything has gone to touch screen for all controls which I not real fond about, even the owners manual is on the touchscreen software, The twin turbo gives plenty of power and the gas milage has improved from the older model. The gears change smoothly and the ride is also smooth. You now get a spare tire since BMW did away with the run flat tires which I hated as they did not wear great. The accessories offered in their package covers everything you want in an auto. I don't understand why the rear exhaust are hidden though as I like the chrome exhaust on my old 2022. This year the 3 was redesigned and it is slightly bigger.

Beast of an engine twin turbo 8 Cyl, I can't wait for my next one M Series even more Torque and HorsePower, Tech is really lovely.

I’ve owned two 2015 X5D’s - daily driven for 7 years for a combined 173,000 miles (sales job), I averaged 29MPG on each tank in mixed driving (38+mpg on hwy using renewable diesel in CA), and it’s been so much more reliable than any gas car I’ve owned… The only car that compares in reliability is two BMW 328 diesels I’ve owned - I’m not going back to gas cars. I may consider Cayenne diesel as the only other alternative daily driver, otherwise I’ll stay with X5 diesels.

Great experience. No pressure sales pitch. Cars in great shape at reasonable prices. Would definitely visit dealership again if looking for another car. Being able to select new wheels was a great way to somewhat customize your vehicle.

Bought 2020 430i xdrive Gran Coupe six months ago. First of all the car performs nicely but if it's performance you're looking for look elsewhere. This car is a large, luxurious, roomy and very capable driving machine. Trunk on the Gran Coupe is enormous. The power tailgate is a nice touch. Seats are firm and infinity adjustable. Wood and aluminum trim is lovely. Car is versatile meaning you can drive it as a cruiser or put it into Sport plus model and use the paddle shifters to the full effect. Car goes 0 to 60 in 5.6 secs and top speed is 155, adequate for most of your driving needs. Car feels very solid on the highway and safety features assure a safe ride. I highly recommend this car. If it's performance your looking for pony up for the M version which also has stiffer ride and uses more fuel. This is my 11th BMW and over the years I've come to trust and enjoy the marque.

Darrick in service went beyond doing his job. He offered water, coffee and drinks while we waited. He kept on contact with me by texts and phone calls. He updated me every hour to let me know the situation. He offered to help us load our car onto the two wheel dolly for car and helped do it. We have never had more thoughtful person work with us. We were from Georgia on vacation trip to the national parks we had appointments with camp grounds for the next two weeks scheduled to arrive on certain days, if we had lost time we would have had to reschedule all our plans. Your mechanics worked us into your schedule so we could get back on road. They did a complete repairs job and found another issue to fix before giving our RV back to us.

Mark was kind enough to do a virtual tour of the vehicle for me and hold a deposit so we didn’t lose the vehicle due to being out of state. They were zero pressure and followed up every step of the way. Tara was quick with documents and even resending a few updates. They offered their personal contacts for after hours if needed as well. We elected to fly in to pick up the vehicle vs shipping it, and Mark was there to pick us up at the airport and take us to the dealership where the car was waiting with a gorgeous bow! The vehicle was in perfect condition, gas tank full and even gave us a load of snacks and water for the drive. Tara came out to introduce herself and made the final processing seamless. Excellent engineering and styling in the '26 M5 Touring. Excellent handling. Missing are massaging seats and soft close doors for a vehicle in this price range. Wish there were softer suspension options. Beautiful vehicle and the Touring turns heads, as does the sedan

I've bought several cars throughout my life and this dealership was the most laid back, non pushy, quick paced most efficient dealership I've ever dealt with. Shawn was amazing and patient. Never asked for anything extra (more of a down payment) like other salesmen have in the past. He was so patient and allowed me to take the car across town to show and talk with my husband prior to buying ( even went extra because I missed the exit :)...) AND they don't pull your credit with 6 to 7 places HUGE bonus! Thank you so much for the great experience!

The BMW 330i from 2017 is my favorite BMW it has just enough legroom for me and my family but what I do not like about it is that it does not have a moonroof and the CID screen is too small and there is not very much AC controls in the back.

No pressure sales. They will change the way you think of used car sales. Good low mileage vehicle is all they have. Thanks Scott for getting me in to a really good 2016 F150. I will definitely recommend Anderson Motor to anyone loooking for a good car or truck at a really fair price.
