This 4000 lb beast maneuvers like a sports car. As someone who's always been passionate about cars, I leaned towards vehicles like the 3 series coupe or Audi A5. However, when the need for family space arose, SUVs felt dull. Then I got behind the wheel of the X5. It's a revelation—you truly don't have to compromise. There's ample space, exceptional handling, and a range of engines from powerful to downright exhilarating (like the X5M).

I exchanged a few messages with the dealer about a truck I was looking at. They were prompt and courteous. I did not go to the dealership as the truck did not match my needs.

This vehicle was very fun to drive, it is comfortable and sporty, and the handling was excellent. Barely any issues, just overall a great driving experience.

I found house of cars online when I was looking around for a car. Never in the 34 years I've been alive have i felt so comfortable and confident with a car dealership. They never once pushed me to make a purchase and were so honest with me. Jarren is who sold me my car and he was amazing. Every person I came into contact with was genuine and honest. It took hours to get all my paperwork because of my lack of preparation and they were so patient. I will not get another vehicle any place other than house of cars. I have never come into contact with a salesman that didn't do whatever it took to make a sale. They are proud of their reputation and appreciate their customers and will go above and beyond to deliver customer satisfaction. With one purchase they gained loyal customers from my whole family.

STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! 2020 X1 w/sport seats and convenience package, purchased in 2023. Positive notes: It's a true BMW: sure-footed, agile, and no shortage of power when needed. It feels remarkably glued to the road despite its small size. Handles as well as my former 3 series and is just as fun to drive. Storage space is good. Ergonomics are good once you figure out all the technology. Negatives: Ride is a bit bumpy, even for a sporty car, which is apparently caused by the run-flat tires. If I was buying new, I'd get standard tires and a real spare, which fits in the storage space in the back. Sensatec seats are hot. In retrospect, I'd hold out for leather. Overall, I recommend this car if you're looking for something small, practical, full-featured and sporty.

I had previously refused to deal with the local Bmw dealer. Recently , Mr. Jim Teeter purchased the facility. Since the ownership change, my son bought a 2013 750LI from BMW of Tyler, and I bought a 2016 740I. The whole buying experience was great , a 5 star rating as shown above. Over all, the facility, the service dept, all have been a % star. Congrats to Mr. Tim Noble the salesman for both cars, and Jim Teeter's owner involvement in the whole process. I have this car for 26,000 miles now. This is the best X5 that I have ever owned. The new engine is great on the xdrive 40i. No need for the M60. 0-60 in 3.9 seconds. Handling is great. Tires and much better than on the previous generation. The ride is tight and comfortable. They did an awesome job. Hopefully, this car will last as long as my previous 2010 X5.

I got tired of the game at other dealerships, Carmax was transparent, professional, and friendly. I can't see how anyone could give them any less then 5 stars, and I am a tough customer, when it comes to customer service!!!

Most comfortable car I have ever driven. My 6th BMW. So easy to get into tight parking spaces. Brakes a bit tight- need to get used to!

While I did not purchase the vehicle from them, they were extremely helpful in answering questions I had on a vehicle. They went so far as to call a Hyundai dealership to further answer the questions I had about a used Hyundai sonata hybrid . They insured I had all the answers so thaould make an educated decision. I would definitely purchase from them in the future

Biggest negative on the X5 is the run flat tires. I think they reduce the quality of the ride and at 5,000 miles had to replace two flat tires ---- non-repairable damage.

Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

Drives smooth. Great with the electronics. The car is very high tech and up to date. I would definitely recommend this car !! Very spacious and has alot of leg room!

Prior to my purchasing a 2024 BMW X5 plug in hybrid, I had both an electric and gas powered cars due to a fear of traveling long distances with an electric vehicle. I researched both traditional hybrid and plug in hybrid coming to conclusion that plug in was perfect for my needs. BMW X5 e had the longest range so I decided to purchase one a month ago. I have driven the car approximately 900 miles on one and a half tank of gas and several nightly charges. The quality of the car is exceptional and I love the performance. I would highly recommend this car.

I purchased a certified pre-owned Altima from Peltier. Jake King was the salesman who worked with us. He was very professional and polite. It's all about the B58 in the M40i. I dinged it one star on comfort because this little SUV rides quite "sporty" even in Comfort mode. I absolutely love this about the car, but I could see how some would feel this is too harsh as it is not a luxurious, cushy ride. But tuck this little beast into a fast corner and it's just...wow! This little German SUV is a sleeper. While the X3M is very nice, the M40i is the perfect balance in my opinion. BMW has really stepped up their game in the X3.

Love it. Car is comfy, quick and the wonderful B58 Twin-Scroll Turbo I6 makes all the right noises! Awesome daily driver. Period! Interior has all of the amenities you could ever ask for. Ride is luxury-oriented but also can grip & RIP through the corners, almost as well as any sports sedan out there pretty much.

Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

For my this is Perfect car I ever have, 100 percent I can tell it is very very good. Already I done 6000 miles and not change my opinion
