I posted a previous review that I was upset about the brakes on the vehicle I purchased. Posted the review because I didn't believe that they would help a customer out because of the previous reviews I read. This is not the case. After posting my review Alex R (GM) reached out to me and left his phone number so I could contact him. Alex is truly trying to change the perception of the business and is very professional. He sent me a check for the money I put into the vehicle to get the brakes fixed. He did not have to do this but he did. Before you over react as I did and posting a review, I would recommend contacting Alex. He's patient and listens to what you have to say. Never interrupted me one time. The few words he said were "what can I do to make this right." I think GretnaAuto has something good with Alex and I hope the see it themselves as well.

This is my 2nd BMW after keeping my previous 528 for over a dozen years ! Still going strong but had to change. After test driving a few, came back to BMW... Its like Apple, once you get an iPhone, it is hard to switch ! Bought a CPO, which gives us more time. Nice car. Good power. Have to constantly check the speedometer to ensure we stay within limits ! So silent and smooth... Love it !

This vehicle was very fun to drive, it is comfortable and sporty, and the handling was excellent. Barely any issues, just overall a great driving experience.

Our 2022 X5 was a beautiful car to us. Unfortunately it didn't work for us as my wife is handicapped and found it difficult to get in and out of - it's higher than one would expect and came to realize the seats are more inboard than other cars that are direct competitors. The 3 inch door sill was almost like a running board and contributed to her struggles. Even though we had the multi-contour seats, we found the lower cushion seat side bolsters too firm for any drive more than an hour. The seat back was fine. While driving around town and 2 lanes was great, it didn't track as well on the highway as one would expect, even after an alignment (it was off at delivery). Our old Volvos were much better in that regard. The positives include the exterior and interior design/layout, the quality, ride, handling and power. It also still has a few buttons, albeit a bit small when driving. The headlights were awesome and the gas mileage was better than expected, 21 around town and 28+ on the highway. Our situation is unique, and after 7 months we sold the car to a tall, able bodied couple.

I’ve owned two 2015 X5D’s - daily driven for 7 years for a combined 173,000 miles (sales job), I averaged 29MPG on each tank in mixed driving (38+mpg on hwy using renewable diesel in CA), and it’s been so much more reliable than any gas car I’ve owned… The only car that compares in reliability is two BMW 328 diesels I’ve owned - I’m not going back to gas cars. I may consider Cayenne diesel as the only other alternative daily driver, otherwise I’ll stay with X5 diesels.

I am an out of state buyer however, would make BMW of Lincoln my personal dealer of choice. Everyone from the Sales Manager to Finance team were absolutely great to work with. I cannot believe that BMW put a 4 cylinder with turbo in an X3. It is the single problem I have with my car. otherwise it is perfect. The 6 cylinder in my 2005 was Awesome!!!!! BMW stands for Performance, GIVE IT.

Only had the X5 for 4 weeks now but so far it is an awesome vehicle that runs and drives great. It appears to be very well built with good body lines and fit. Some of the safety features and electronic systems take some time to get set up properly for the best driving experience but the reward is well worth the time as everything is customizable for two drivers. Only bad thing is that a mower along the roadside threw a stone and put a chip in our paint and the paint isn’t self healing.

STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! The employees at Mazda we’re very polite. We went in around 6 pm with no one else in the dealership. My first impression was, they are going to swarm us. To my surprise, they were very professional and gave us our space with no pressure and answered any questions we had.

The main issue I've had with this car is learning its vast number of controls, some of which are in strange places (such as at the end of the directional signal stalk) and are not clearly marked. The gearshift, for example, is counter-intuitive, and is moved backwards to go forwards, and vice versa-unlike most cars, it doesn't really move and fit into a slot for the appropriate gear. For no fathomable reason, the rear view camera stays on when you then drive forward. The warning system, for a car crossing or a person crossing, is unreliable; for example, if you have the car in reverse, the car hasn't moved yet, but a person walks behind the car, the warning signal does not sound--it only sounds if the car is already moving in reverse (if the pedestrian was walking right behind the car, you already hit him or her). There are also other "features" that make no sense. On the other hand, the car is fun to drive, reasonably powerful, attractive (I think--my wife disagrees), comfortable (except that one feels remarkably many bumps in the road), and quiet.

Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

Best overall car shopping experience! Amazing customer service (the best we’ve ever had) prices, and hospitality! They made us feel like we were important and not just another sale/buyer! Didn’t hesitate for one second on something that we felt needed to be fixed on the car we were purchasing! Will definitely be using them for our future buys!

I have used the 2019 BMW X3 for over a year now, as my third BMW, the other two being the 3 series sedan, with just one problem; Fuel pump failure, though due to my negligence. I now understand that the BMW cannot be operated without sufficient Fuel.

I couldn't be happier with this vehicle. It was made for ME! Its height makes it easy and painless to enter and exit the driver's seat with my arthritic knees....I just slide in & out in nicely! The "head up" feature is very helpful every day. Those are the best headlights ever for night driving. No complaints from this customer-in her 3rd X!

this 2023 bmw x7 is even bigger then before and it espcillly nice car. the interior is very spacious and a whole fmaily could fit in their. it is also veyr rleiable and it is also really comfortrbale when I sit in the 2023 bmw x7. it is so better thne the older ones and it has excellent diegshn and exterior styling. it is veyr nice and veyr good lights as well.
