I could not be more happy with this vehicle. It is amazingly quiet and comfortable, but still fun to drive. It has tons of space and the interior is impeccable. The technology is top-notch and intuitive. This one is the turbo I6 and is faster than it feels (so smooth and quiet), but lacks the “hold your breath” acceleration of the V8.

My neighbor had a Lexus from Lansing a few years ago and had a great experience so I stoped in. I delt with Morgan the sales consultant and Tony the manger. They were both knowledgeable and very helpful. My neighbor was right. These people really know what they’re doing and the car is AMAZING. I had an issue with an exhaust leak. I called set up an appointment and arrived my car was taken almost immediately and Nick was very courteous and told me he would have the car done around noon. At about 11:15 he called and let me know my car was ready and they found and fixed the leak. The Crippen shuttle picked me up within a half hour and was was out of the dealership by noon. I have been a customer of Crippen for more 20 years and have always been satisfied with the service.

A give this car a good rating after 1 year of ownership. Very capable to carry a 6 people comfortably and still maintain a sporty feel. A sure footed space craft that stands out in a crowded SUV market. If you have 22 inch wheels, get the All season tires continental Extreme Contact rear tires. They won't show up as recommended for your car unless you input the tire size on your search. The Bowers and Wilkins is a must have if you love great audio and the tow hitch is worth it as well. So many USBC connections to go around with a welcome third row sunroof to keep the backseat riders feeling special. You really have to spend time with the tech to appreciate this car. I prefer this year model over the newer ones that don't have the physical buttons, especially the AC controls. The captain seats are great and allows you to mostly skip moving them in slow motion to access the third row. This big baby Rolls moves quicker than you would expect and does it without effort in sport mode. Don't overpay if its not optioned out. Thats where BMW shines.

Purchased 2016 Lincoln MKX from Rick outstanding experience. Everything was done very professionally. Had a couple of hiccups Rick and motorcars stand but the cars they sell 100 percent. Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

My husband and I were recently on an extended trip from NC to Alabama to Michigan and upstate NY. Our S550 decided to break down just outside Lansing. The airmatic suspension failed and car was not safe to drive. Lucky for us we were only a few miles from this dealership. We called and Eric Shier took us right in when we arrived. Had the car assessed by Ali in short order. He was able to order the parts and had us back on the road in two days - no quibbling about not having time to get to us till next week, etc. And Ali even helped us transfer our luggage to the rental vehicle and reassured us that he knows his way around the S class. We count ourselves very lucky to have had that breakdown near your dealership. Excellent care from both these gentlemen. Car was bought with 28k miles, X5 35i Msport 2013 here, two year owner for now and only smiles. Still has original tyres from factory.

Biggest negative on the X5 is the run flat tires. I think they reduce the quality of the ride and at 5,000 miles had to replace two flat tires ---- non-repairable damage.

This is the best X5 I've ever owned. I've been using it for 2 years and this is my 4th BMW. It has never disappointed me, it's a fantastic SUV. I hope the next model will show the same success. I think the 3.0-liter engine is at its best.

this 2023 bmw x7 is even bigger then before and it espcillly nice car. the interior is very spacious and a whole fmaily could fit in their. it is also veyr rleiable and it is also really comfortrbale when I sit in the 2023 bmw x7. it is so better thne the older ones and it has excellent diegshn and exterior styling. it is veyr nice and veyr good lights as well.

My experience at LaFontaine Lansing was excellent. My salesperson Caleb was great with his customer service. I had no issues with him. The only issue I had was with the financial gentleman that came into Caleb's office that spoke to me about credit and interest rates. I specifically told him not to run my credit report through my credit union because they already did and I had pre approval, well, he ran it anyway. I was upset because now it's going to stay on my credit report for 25 months for both hits. That was the only issue I had with this dealership, I am absolutely satisfied with my purchase and with my salesperson Caleb.

Zack and the team were absolutely amazing! They work with you and truly believe in finding the best vehicle for you and your checkbook! I love my new Traverse and all the features; which Zack took time to make sure I knew how to use and that everything was set up before letting driving off! Not my first rodeo with dealerships/leases/purchases, but by far the best experience I’ve had. I would recommend them as a first pick. If they don’t have it, they can get it! It's all about the B58 in the M40i. I dinged it one star on comfort because this little SUV rides quite "sporty" even in Comfort mode. I absolutely love this about the car, but I could see how some would feel this is too harsh as it is not a luxurious, cushy ride. But tuck this little beast into a fast corner and it's just...wow! This little German SUV is a sleeper. While the X3M is very nice, the M40i is the perfect balance in my opinion. BMW has really stepped up their game in the X3.
