Overall customer relationship skills were excellent. I Bought a used car that was not ready to go when I flew in to pick it up because of a poor inspection. They worked hard get it right. But, it took awhile.

Love it. Car is comfy, quick and the wonderful B58 Twin-Scroll Turbo I6 makes all the right noises! Awesome daily driver. Period! Interior has all of the amenities you could ever ask for. Ride is luxury-oriented but also can grip & RIP through the corners, almost as well as any sports sedan out there pretty much.

I was in need of a new car . The one i had was bought in 2005 but the year of the car is 2001. I wanted something a bit newer and affordable. I didn't catch the guy's name since my dad was the one who dealt with him first. No pressure at all. He was very helpful. I test drove the car and loved how it drove along with it's a big upgrade to what i had. So decided to buy it. I bought a 2012 Infiniti G25x, leather seats, AWD. front seat heaters, sun roof, backup camera, defrost on the side mirrors and it's a V6. I love it. I highly recommend buying a car here.

I have this car for 26,000 miles now. This is the best X5 that I have ever owned. The new engine is great on the xdrive 40i. No need for the M60. 0-60 in 3.9 seconds. Handling is great. Tires and much better than on the previous generation. The ride is tight and comfortable. They did an awesome job. Hopefully, this car will last as long as my previous 2010 X5.

STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! Bought my vehicle from Golden, CO Carmax and didn't have any support for mechanical issues. Still purchased the vehicle because it is what I wanted. Ashley from sales in Golden was the worst! I ended up closing the deal with Cora who was amazing and clearly the exception to the rule in Golden. When I told Ashley there were issues with the brakes she was rude and didn't take me seriously. I ended up working with the Federal Heights dealership on repairs. Debbie in the service department took this on and was soooo amazing! She took care of everything and I am so greatful! The technican at this location was amazing as well (I forget his name unfortunately)! It is really a shame that I had to go to another location to get service, but I am so glad that I did. Outstanding job Federal Heights location!

We take trips to Cashiers/Highlands NC frequently. The drive is just over 5 hrs an it flies by quickly as the car is so comfortable. The peppy V8 has lots of power to pass quickly on the highway when necessary. Once we get into the mountains it feels great to switch from Eco mode to sports mode to attack those tight turns :)

I bought a 2021 BMW X5 4.0 with the M Sports Package and this had been one of best vehicles ever owned. The reliability, comfort and curb appeal adds to it value. I traded a 2016 Lexus GX 460 for the X5 and have no regrets!

I had this car for several years. In that time, it was a great car. The only downside to the car was the fact that it was a BMW, so I couldn't take it to any old mechanic shop to get the oil changed. The car has great pickup and breaking, and is great for long distance rides. It's a smaller SUV, but there's still plenty of room. And when I got into an accident, it functioned correctly and kept me and other safe. The airbags deployed like they were supposed to. The only reason I ever got rid of this car was because it was totaled.

The most practical car we ever bought, combination of luxury and performance is the best we ever had. The X3 has great traction for winter and the 6 cylinder turbo has plenty of power and super smooth even in comfort mode.

This Truck is a replacement for 2008 LR HSE (totaled) I just got it over a month ago and it is good so far. Very fun( zippy) to drive. Wish the seats were more comfortable. I have the 35i XLine. 79k on the clock. You have to get familiar with the idrive, also my heads-up display is not working properly. There is also a coolant leak which will be taken care of under warranty. This vehicle also used premium gas. Soo far we will see how reliable it shall be.

This vehicle has has taken my wife and me cross-country, as well as several other long distance trips, with a sum total of only one flat tire and no other mechanical, nor electrical issues at all! Any repairs have been moderate and frankly expected given the high number of miles (150,000 so far) on it. I expect to keep it for another year and a half.
