I got tired of the game at other dealerships, Carmax was transparent, professional, and friendly. I can't see how anyone could give them any less then 5 stars, and I am a tough customer, when it comes to customer service!!!

I bought a 2021 BMW X5 4.0 with the M Sports Package and this had been one of best vehicles ever owned. The reliability, comfort and curb appeal adds to it value. I traded a 2016 Lexus GX 460 for the X5 and have no regrets!

It's all about the B58 in the M40i. I dinged it one star on comfort because this little SUV rides quite "sporty" even in Comfort mode. I absolutely love this about the car, but I could see how some would feel this is too harsh as it is not a luxurious, cushy ride. But tuck this little beast into a fast corner and it's just...wow! This little German SUV is a sleeper. While the X3M is very nice, the M40i is the perfect balance in my opinion. BMW has really stepped up their game in the X3.

This vehicle was very fun to drive, it is comfortable and sporty, and the handling was excellent. Barely any issues, just overall a great driving experience.

I found house of cars online when I was looking around for a car. Never in the 34 years I've been alive have i felt so comfortable and confident with a car dealership. They never once pushed me to make a purchase and were so honest with me. Jarren is who sold me my car and he was amazing. Every person I came into contact with was genuine and honest. It took hours to get all my paperwork because of my lack of preparation and they were so patient. I will not get another vehicle any place other than house of cars. I have never come into contact with a salesman that didn't do whatever it took to make a sale. They are proud of their reputation and appreciate their customers and will go above and beyond to deliver customer satisfaction. With one purchase they gained loyal customers from my whole family.

This car meets all the basic utilitarian needs and feels like you're driving a sports car with a real performance experience. You feel like you can rip through the roads like it's a track every day while driving this beast.

Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

This BMW is the most luxurious car for a full sized SUV. BMW has really beaten the competition with the X7. The car drives so smooth but you don’t feel like it’s a very large suv. My wife was extremely impressed with how easy it was to drive! The whole car is so well made and I’ve loved having it. The infotainment system is beyond any car in its class. Great job BMW!

I had previously refused to deal with the local Bmw dealer. Recently , Mr. Jim Teeter purchased the facility. Since the ownership change, my son bought a 2013 750LI from BMW of Tyler, and I bought a 2016 740I. The whole buying experience was great , a 5 star rating as shown above. Over all, the facility, the service dept, all have been a % star. Congrats to Mr. Tim Noble the salesman for both cars, and Jim Teeter's owner involvement in the whole process. Only 2000 miles of which 500 is highway. First positive impressions are: extraordinary quiet, impressive acceleration, above average ride and comfort. Great front and side vision. Very comfortable seats. Lots of interior room. Negatives are: incredibly complex systems to do simple things, exterior styling is an "acquired taste", rear vision is marginal. Odd door handles inside and outside. It is still too early to make a definitive assessment of this vehicle. Other than an intermittent annoying creak in the passenger window area that is hard to replicate at the dealership, the build quality seems very good. This is not a big Lexus or Mercedes sedan, but rather a very good SAV. Range is 300+ with the 21" wheels. Charging is easy and relatively fast with a good DC charger. True 11KwH on 48 amp home charger. Driver assistance package works well. Steering is a little light but no issues with the shape of the wheel. There will be some adjustment to this type of vehicle, but it has been easier than I anticipated. Registering it as an EV, leased out of state, was a frustrating experience and the extra fees for EV licensing are ridiculous.

While I did not purchase the vehicle from them, they were extremely helpful in answering questions I had on a vehicle. They went so far as to call a Hyundai dealership to further answer the questions I had about a used Hyundai sonata hybrid . They insured I had all the answers so thaould make an educated decision. I would definitely purchase from them in the future

Love it. Car is comfy, quick and the wonderful B58 Twin-Scroll Turbo I6 makes all the right noises! Awesome daily driver. Period! Interior has all of the amenities you could ever ask for. Ride is luxury-oriented but also can grip & RIP through the corners, almost as well as any sports sedan out there pretty much.

Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.
