He allowed me to decide what I wanted to do and periodically checked in to see how things were going with my move. I was able to put down a deposit so Rich could hold the vehicle I wanted until it arrived. Alex in finance was also super helpful and went over all packages/pricing until I was comfortable with what I selected and monthly payment. This was the quickest financing I have ever completed when buying a car. I also met a couple of the managers who came over and introduced themselves. I've never had that happen before. I love the car and at the same time I can't help to hate it. What I love about the car would be the luxurious interior, comfortable and quiet cabin, smooth ride, ease of access, and a few extra features that were put in as an add-on. What I don't like about this car would be the poor fuel economy for the 30i model, especially when compared to the B-58 engine. Apple carplay connection issues, no option for remote start unless I want to void warranty, and no option for the iDrive Recorder App. Exterior Styling - 8.5/10 Interior Styling - 9/10 Comfort - 9.5/10 Cargo space - 8.5/10 Driving smoothness - 9.5/10 Horsepower - 7/10 Fuel Economy - 3/10 It's been an overall fun car to get around in. It's easy to get in and out of, smooth on bumpy roads, and it is quiet. The fact that only 2022 models and newer offer remote start and iDrive recorder is a big disappointment. But I think my biggest disappointment would be the fuel economy. As I had the B-58 in the past and averaged out 11.5L/100km and in this X3 am averaging 13.5/100km which was worse than my pick up truck. I might not keep this car for long-term just because of how poor the fuel economy is.

CJ was professional, knowledgeable and friendly sales associates that I've worked with. The staff, including the G.M. (Jamie) did everything possible to make my experience satisfying. I love that BMW makes a mid size suv that is part electric now. We purchased the x3 edrive. I do mostly local driving during the week so only need to fill up with gas once a month to every six weeks. Excellent car!

The BMW X3 is not a crossover that should be ignored. It is more than I expected coming from someone who has owned a 3 Series BMW for the last 6 years. Now I ask myself, why didn't I opt for the X3 much sooner, especially since it is more spacious with better features than my 3 series. Plus the price was only about $3,000 more for plenty more space and amenities. You owe it to yourself to test drive one soon!

My brother and I really appreciated Z's honest and integrity. After purchasing one of the vehicles on the lot at a fair price, my brother we as driving home and it started shuddering. We took it back to the dealership and Z agreed to meet us back at the dealership after closing to refund our money. We didn't end up buying anything else but it's good to know that he is a stand up guy.

This is an update from my February 1, 2019 review. I have now owned the vehicle for nearly seven years. I’ve personally driven nearly 20,000 miles in it. The vehicle now has nearly 50,000 miles on the odometer. I purchased it certified pre-owned from a BMW dealership. I have maintained the vehicle to manufacturer specifications. I have only paid for routine maintenance. I have paid for zero repairs. My previous review is confirmed. Full disclosure, two repairs were covered under warranty by the BMW dealership when I purchased the vehicle and one other repair was performed by a different BMW dealership due to their mistake during a routine service.

We had a great experience at Classic Cadillac this past weekend! Don, Nick and Mo were wonderful to work with! We made the 2.5 hr drive to just look at a vehicle but they made the purchase happen right then!

I've had this car for over a year now and I am generally impressed....drives great (even in snow), is quite comfortable, has lots of features, decent electronics, gets excellent mileage with and without the battery. Negatives: cheap "leather" interior, door sill is too wide to get out without getting dirt on the back of your leg (even without the options step), backup cross traffic safety is useless unless you are backing into a wall, and the hands-free lift gate is disabled if you get a trailer hitch. All fixable if BMW but some effort into it.

I enjoyed working with this dealer! The owner is a solid guy who is a good communicator, straightforward, and sincere. He knows his vehicles and treats them well, which makes the shopping experience very comfortable. The technological advancement of BMW's car system & design is very innovative. Everything is at your fingertips. I personally love the power behind the engine when I feel like going faster. Traction control is a huge factor when concerned with suspension & handling. This space ship has it all. I will be installing 24's pretty soon.

Sporty, roomy, distinctive and loaded with BMW’s excellent technology. Slightly smaller cargo capacity than the X3 but makes up for it with eye catching style! Sound system is above average, very little cabin noise and all 5 seats have a comfortable space with a luxe feel.

STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! I drove 5 hours to get to Next Step to purchase my car. It was quite the trip, but totally worth it. The reason is that #1, they are very honest and kind. Matt and Mike are upfront and have a great deal of integrity. They worked together to get my business and to seek out options that allowed me to leave extremely happy and well taken care of. When my wife updates her van, you know where I will be contacting first! Great job guys!!!

This is my 2nd BMW after keeping my previous 528 for over a dozen years ! Still going strong but had to change. After test driving a few, came back to BMW... Its like Apple, once you get an iPhone, it is hard to switch ! Bought a CPO, which gives us more time. Nice car. Good power. Have to constantly check the speedometer to ensure we stay within limits ! So silent and smooth... Love it !

2020 X1 w/sport seats and convenience package, purchased in 2023. Positive notes: It's a true BMW: sure-footed, agile, and no shortage of power when needed. It feels remarkably glued to the road despite its small size. Handles as well as my former 3 series and is just as fun to drive. Storage space is good. Ergonomics are good once you figure out all the technology. Negatives: Ride is a bit bumpy, even for a sporty car, which is apparently caused by the run-flat tires. If I was buying new, I'd get standard tires and a real spare, which fits in the storage space in the back. Sensatec seats are hot. In retrospect, I'd hold out for leather. Overall, I recommend this car if you're looking for something small, practical, full-featured and sporty.

Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.
