Love it. Car is comfy, quick and the wonderful B58 Twin-Scroll Turbo I6 makes all the right noises! Awesome daily driver. Period! Interior has all of the amenities you could ever ask for. Ride is luxury-oriented but also can grip & RIP through the corners, almost as well as any sports sedan out there pretty much.

Brought my 2024 X1 in due to a recall notice. Left the car overnight and Kevin and the service team took care of the problem. They also found other issues that they immediately resolved. Very glad that Kevin is back at BMW.

Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

Huge thank you to the Service department for getting me in next day on a brake fluid service that took me by surprise. Kevin has always been great help when I come in and was able to get me a loaner vehicle so that I could return to work. Having a vehicle for those that need to return to work makes life a lot less stressful. Thank you Kevin and BMW service Dept.

Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

I own a Ford, used to own a Chevy and used this service dept all the time. Then I bought a Ford, and when my headlights went out, Ford told me it was a serious electrical issue, and they could not fit me in till mid December. I tried several other dealers, then finally went to Camp Chevrolet and they were not sure they could work on a Ford, but were willing to try. These guys are G.O.A.T!! They gave me an uber to my house to wait, as I was cutting in line of scheduled folks, they fixed my headlights and I was on my way. PARKER was very friendly, helpful and all the guys there were just execllent. I should have bought a Chevy!

1. BMW has relinquished transmission service, WHY? They DO NOT make their transmissions and the builder, another German company does and has a full service recommend sheet, with miles and correct fluids, et al. Now that's a load of crap. All transmission need servicing like any part with fluid traveling through it! So when your Trany goes out, you are looking a $4000+ easy, Thanks BMW for that PLANNED OBSELENCE! 2. No dip stick and access to change your oil or the very small oil gasket, NOT THE OIL FILTER, will cost you over $1000 in labor, TO ACCESS and a $14.08 part! 3. Ridiculous depreciation the minute you drive off the lot. I can buy a 2022 X7, retailing north of $95,000 for around. $50,000 and CPO/Certified with around 35-45,000 miles. 4. Very fun to drive, quality feel, twin turbo power I like, the profile is amazing on my 2017 X5. Don't like the body style changes. 5. You pay $65,000 or more and have to pay extra, with one package to get the Harmon Kardon stereo. xxxx, for that much in the price tag I should get the Bowers and Wilkins. 6. 9.5 and 10.5 wheels and tires make it look "mean". But no rotation and you will wear out the front tires in about 25,000 miles. Run flats are harsh and do not last. So, get an "S" model and gain gas mileage, rotate and balance tires and unless you live in a cold climate, the XDrive is a waste of additional sticker shock. of money. 10. The interior colors, mine is brown leather, are nauseating, at best. Orange looking leather, white leather-are you kidding me? And, the old standby Black!

My 2025 Colorado had a transmission leak and they had to order parts. It took a while to get the parts, but once they arrived, the dealership worked quickly to put everything together and get the vehicle back to me. It is working fine now and I'm glad to have it back.

I love this car I bought it for my wife for her Birthday and she just loves it. The ride is great and all the extras it has it perfect

I absolutely love this car. Sleek design, very sharp looking. Drives like a dream. It takes a bit to learn where controls are for dash but, once you got it down, its easy.

Had a great experience with Mike White Ford. Dealing with Travis thru phone and text, answered questions on a car I wanted, finally was able to make the trip to Couer d'Alene to see and drive in person, Travis turned me over to Andrew. Both guys can not say enough how they both are awesome to work with and the process was pretty fast to get me back on the road home. Also everyone was opening doors for us, WHAT! you do not see that anymore or even at out local dealership, Mike White Ford puts them to shame.. LOL... This Truck is a replacement for 2008 LR HSE (totaled) I just got it over a month ago and it is good so far. Very fun( zippy) to drive. Wish the seats were more comfortable. I have the 35i XLine. 79k on the clock. You have to get familiar with the idrive, also my heads-up display is not working properly. There is also a coolant leak which will be taken care of under warranty. This vehicle also used premium gas. Soo far we will see how reliable it shall be.

I have purchased two vehicles from Carmax I did not feel I was being taken advantage of. I received more for my trade in than expected. I have recommended them to friends and family.

This vehicle was very fun to drive, it is comfortable and sporty, and the handling was excellent. Barely any issues, just overall a great driving experience.

Our 2022 X5 was a beautiful car to us. Unfortunately it didn't work for us as my wife is handicapped and found it difficult to get in and out of - it's higher than one would expect and came to realize the seats are more inboard than other cars that are direct competitors. The 3 inch door sill was almost like a running board and contributed to her struggles. Even though we had the multi-contour seats, we found the lower cushion seat side bolsters too firm for any drive more than an hour. The seat back was fine. While driving around town and 2 lanes was great, it didn't track as well on the highway as one would expect, even after an alignment (it was off at delivery). Our old Volvos were much better in that regard. The positives include the exterior and interior design/layout, the quality, ride, handling and power. It also still has a few buttons, albeit a bit small when driving. The headlights were awesome and the gas mileage was better than expected, 21 around town and 28+ on the highway. Our situation is unique, and after 7 months we sold the car to a tall, able bodied couple.

In person they were very courteous and obliging. No pressure and all questions answered.

Our salesman, Jonathan is a true professional. The dealership made this a painful experience. Never going back. The only reason we put up with 2 days of getting jerked around was because they were the nearest dealership that had the vehicle we wanted in stock. We'll never return.

Cole our sales person was excellent! He went the extra mile to make buying a car a good experience and to get me a car I'd like. We had some electric trouble with the first car which I was ready to buy. Then he searched the lot for a hard to find car I had seen on-line. This was after a horrible experience earlier in the day at Dave Smith Nissan, so Cole saved my day and my attitude toward car dealers. I drove 130 miles to buy a car and wanted to drive one home, so his extra caring made a huge difference.

I've had this car for over a year now and I am generally impressed....drives great (even in snow), is quite comfortable, has lots of features, decent electronics, gets excellent mileage with and without the battery. Negatives: cheap "leather" interior, door sill is too wide to get out without getting dirt on the back of your leg (even without the options step), backup cross traffic safety is useless unless you are backing into a wall, and the hands-free lift gate is disabled if you get a trailer hitch. All fixable if BMW but some effort into it.

This was very expensive but that had more to do with not following the rules of my warranty. They got the new engine in and even re-checked it for free when I thought there could be a problem. It's run great ever since. If your engine has a nasty rattle sound when it starts but goes away after it's warmed up it could be a rod bearing.

Great car. I was always a Toyota man, but wife liked the styling of the X2. I am happy I bought it. Superb handling, excellent gas mileage (25-27) overall. I am very happy with the X2.

Walked away with a BMW that fits my budget and style because Alan took the time to work out all the details that fit my lifestyle. I love this car, it has all the bells and whistles of a luxury car and a 300 mile range, full electric. I had the level 2 charger hooked up at my house and haven't been to the gas station since! This car does things I didn't even know it does--it can parallel park itself, pull out of a parking position by itself by using your phone (if you are parked too close to other vehicles to open door or if the car is in a muddy spot). After driving up to my gate callbox a few times (the clicker doesn't work so I have to enter the code) the car noticed I rolled the window down at that location, and asked if I'd like to have it automatically lower when we approach (which I do)! I love being able to put my foot under the hatchback if my hands are full and the trunk opening automatically. I was worried about running out of a charge, and granted, I haven't gone on any long trips yet, but charging overnight at home works perfectly fine for day to day usage. It is an expensive car, but I got a great deal leasing it and I think it's worth it. Slightly less trunk space than the x5 which I had before this, but as my kids have grown and moved out, I don't really need it as much. Surprising amount of torque--my husband was impressed.

I accidentally clicked on the "check availability" button while scrolling (for the umpteenth time) pics of a car I'm lusting after. To my surprise, I got an email from Robbie at BMW of Spokane within 15min of my accidental click - and he shared a video walk-around of the car I'd been looking at. He then gave me a call a few minutes after that, asking if I had any questions he could help with. That is some pretty fantastic, low-pressure customer engagement! Even though I wasn't ready to buy anything (yet!), Robbie was kind enough to talk about the car a bit and let me know he's happy to help if/when I want to move forward. All told, this was one of the more pleasant car dealer interactions I've had!

Vehicle is a strong performer (no surprise here given its "M" designation. No disapointments in that regard. Sport seats are very supportive; especially with the lumbar support adjustability. Cabin tech is abysmal though. Not at all intuitive; functions nested down menus where you would never expect them. Owners manual is 480 pages! Really ! While the vehicle makes me smile quite often the complexity of the cabin tech has me cursing every time I start the vehicle. The so-called "Genius" program help line only works Mon. - Fri. Central time in the US! Not too happy about that either.
