Love it. Car is comfy, quick and the wonderful B58 Twin-Scroll Turbo I6 makes all the right noises! Awesome daily driver. Period! Interior has all of the amenities you could ever ask for. Ride is luxury-oriented but also can grip & RIP through the corners, almost as well as any sports sedan out there pretty much.

This is hands down the best dealership in Massachusetts. The staff is very friendly, Knowledgable, and attentive to your needs. Our 2022 X5 was a beautiful car to us. Unfortunately it didn't work for us as my wife is handicapped and found it difficult to get in and out of - it's higher than one would expect and came to realize the seats are more inboard than other cars that are direct competitors. The 3 inch door sill was almost like a running board and contributed to her struggles. Even though we had the multi-contour seats, we found the lower cushion seat side bolsters too firm for any drive more than an hour. The seat back was fine. While driving around town and 2 lanes was great, it didn't track as well on the highway as one would expect, even after an alignment (it was off at delivery). Our old Volvos were much better in that regard. The positives include the exterior and interior design/layout, the quality, ride, handling and power. It also still has a few buttons, albeit a bit small when driving. The headlights were awesome and the gas mileage was better than expected, 21 around town and 28+ on the highway. Our situation is unique, and after 7 months we sold the car to a tall, able bodied couple.

X5 required a starter recall and oil change. Both service requests were completed timely. I keep bringing back the car for a reliable service at this location.

Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

Matt is Excellent. Outstanding customer service he is knowledgeable and quick and made the buying process a breaze. He went out of his way to make our experience the best it could be and stayed late to make sure my Wife could take hers home same day. I bought 2 cars in two separate trips on Saturday in the time it would take to buy one at other dealerships. This is my 4th car from AutoMax and have never had an issue with any of the vehicles or the experience. This is the place to go and I will be buying my next car there and asking for Matt.

Our salesman, Jonathan is a true professional. The dealership made this a painful experience. Never going back. The only reason we put up with 2 days of getting jerked around was because they were the nearest dealership that had the vehicle we wanted in stock. We'll never return.

Biggest negative on the X5 is the run flat tires. I think they reduce the quality of the ride and at 5,000 miles had to replace two flat tires ---- non-repairable damage.

This vehicle was very fun to drive, it is comfortable and sporty, and the handling was excellent. Barely any issues, just overall a great driving experience.

My car oil change setting was never reset after oil change for 2 years in a row. Not sure why. Good customer service but I had better desk service few years ago. Been coming there for last 7-8 years

1. BMW has relinquished transmission service, WHY? They DO NOT make their transmissions and the builder, another German company does and has a full service recommend sheet, with miles and correct fluids, et al. Now that's a load of crap. All transmission need servicing like any part with fluid traveling through it! So when your Trany goes out, you are looking a $4000+ easy, Thanks BMW for that PLANNED OBSELENCE! 2. No dip stick and access to change your oil or the very small oil gasket, NOT THE OIL FILTER, will cost you over $1000 in labor, TO ACCESS and a $14.08 part! 3. Ridiculous depreciation the minute you drive off the lot. I can buy a 2022 X7, retailing north of $95,000 for around. $50,000 and CPO/Certified with around 35-45,000 miles. 4. Very fun to drive, quality feel, twin turbo power I like, the profile is amazing on my 2017 X5. Don't like the body style changes. 5. You pay $65,000 or more and have to pay extra, with one package to get the Harmon Kardon stereo. xxxx, for that much in the price tag I should get the Bowers and Wilkins. 6. 9.5 and 10.5 wheels and tires make it look "mean". But no rotation and you will wear out the front tires in about 25,000 miles. Run flats are harsh and do not last. So, get an "S" model and gain gas mileage, rotate and balance tires and unless you live in a cold climate, the XDrive is a waste of additional sticker shock. of money. 10. The interior colors, mine is brown leather, are nauseating, at best. Orange looking leather, white leather-are you kidding me? And, the old standby Black!

The buying experience was great. Gavin was very knowledgeable and friendly and is available to address any questions or concerns even after the sale is finalized. My only complaint is that they aren't open Sundays.

I cannot believe that BMW put a 4 cylinder with turbo in an X3. It is the single problem I have with my car. otherwise it is perfect. The 6 cylinder in my 2005 was Awesome!!!!! BMW stands for Performance, GIVE IT.

I love my X5 !!! It meets all my needs. There is enough space for the dogs and the kids. It drives great, it is very comfortable. Big enough but not too big. It tows well.

It's all about the B58 in the M40i. I dinged it one star on comfort because this little SUV rides quite "sporty" even in Comfort mode. I absolutely love this about the car, but I could see how some would feel this is too harsh as it is not a luxurious, cushy ride. But tuck this little beast into a fast corner and it's just...wow! This little German SUV is a sleeper. While the X3M is very nice, the M40i is the perfect balance in my opinion. BMW has really stepped up their game in the X3.

The car is spectacular, it only brings a defect to me concern, the star/stop bottom does not have the option to deactivate it, although in sport mode it is not bad. In areas of uneven pavement the car jumps like a rabbit, it's not comfortable, but smooth is not bad. The car is almost perfect except for those two things, and very economical in the city, spectacular on the highway and off roads or mountains, it is super good and capable. Mine has not brought mechanical or electrical problems. super nice everything

Roger is great as well he?s been my sales person for about 7 years and always acknowledges me when I come in for service. BMW should be grateful to have these two employees working for the company.

Great car. Wish it didn't come with run flat tires which I believe lessens the quality of the ride, and they wear out quickly. Other than that, no real complaints. Car is truly the ultimate driving machine.

I have had three BMWs, all with great reliability and high satisfaction, but this is my first BMW SUV. After 5 weeks of ownership, my 2024 X3 is on its way to becoming my all-time favorite.
