I absolutely love this car. Sleek design, very sharp looking. Drives like a dream. It takes a bit to learn where controls are for dash but, once you got it down, its easy.

Our 2022 X5 was a beautiful car to us. Unfortunately it didn't work for us as my wife is handicapped and found it difficult to get in and out of - it's higher than one would expect and came to realize the seats are more inboard than other cars that are direct competitors. The 3 inch door sill was almost like a running board and contributed to her struggles. Even though we had the multi-contour seats, we found the lower cushion seat side bolsters too firm for any drive more than an hour. The seat back was fine. While driving around town and 2 lanes was great, it didn't track as well on the highway as one would expect, even after an alignment (it was off at delivery). Our old Volvos were much better in that regard. The positives include the exterior and interior design/layout, the quality, ride, handling and power. It also still has a few buttons, albeit a bit small when driving. The headlights were awesome and the gas mileage was better than expected, 21 around town and 28+ on the highway. Our situation is unique, and after 7 months we sold the car to a tall, able bodied couple.

Got a pretty good deal on my certified pre-owned 328i. The salesperson was nice, and the manager was very straight up and honest during the purchase. I was expecting a battle, but overall, it turned out to be a positive experience.

Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

Love it. Car is comfy, quick and the wonderful B58 Twin-Scroll Turbo I6 makes all the right noises! Awesome daily driver. Period! Interior has all of the amenities you could ever ask for. Ride is luxury-oriented but also can grip & RIP through the corners, almost as well as any sports sedan out there pretty much.

I bought a used car that was highly sought after, based on it having only 2k miles per year and it's price point. It's all about the B58 in the M40i. I dinged it one star on comfort because this little SUV rides quite "sporty" even in Comfort mode. I absolutely love this about the car, but I could see how some would feel this is too harsh as it is not a luxurious, cushy ride. But tuck this little beast into a fast corner and it's just...wow! This little German SUV is a sleeper. While the X3M is very nice, the M40i is the perfect balance in my opinion. BMW has really stepped up their game in the X3.

I just got my New Panamera Platinum Copper Ruby metallic she had to dealer trade the car for me to get me the options and color of my choice. My tire pressure monitor light came on so I took it to Cesar Pleitez. He fixed the problem even though it took almost eight hours of programming which is normal. I am very happy. SM BMW offered me Uber ride as well .

Only had the X5 for 4 weeks now but so far it is an awesome vehicle that runs and drives great. It appears to be very well built with good body lines and fit. Some of the safety features and electronic systems take some time to get set up properly for the best driving experience but the reward is well worth the time as everything is customizable for two drivers. Only bad thing is that a mower along the roadside threw a stone and put a chip in our paint and the paint isn’t self healing.

Initially when I responded to the dealership on three separate occasions (driving 60 miles for each trip), I walked away with dissatisfaction each time. However, My Client Advisor Mr. Frank M. subsequently came through as promised. He promised to hit a home run and did so after I informed him that he needed to work harder to assist me as a prospective buyer on a strict budget. Fortunately, to make a long story short, Mr. Frank fought for me and the GM accepted my offer and a deal was made. WOW, I wish this could have been done on the first day rather than the fourth day when I showed up to the dealership. This is why I gave a four star rating. In short, thank you Mr. Frankie for your support!

Biggest negative on the X5 is the run flat tires. I think they reduce the quality of the ride and at 5,000 miles had to replace two flat tires ---- non-repairable damage.

This vehicle was very fun to drive, it is comfortable and sporty, and the handling was excellent. Barely any issues, just overall a great driving experience.

The new suv was as advertised and there price was the lowest I found from several Hyundai dealers. All of there personal is very nice and patient understanding and very informative I will different recommend and I will go back to them next time I need a new car

Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

Highly recommend Sami!!!! came here to look at a car but left with a different car that I’ve been wanting. So I’ve been here a few times before just to look since I live closer to BMW Monrovia, this time I left with a freakin new M3! Because of Sami, I will only be coming to New Century. Our salesman, Jonathan is a true professional. The dealership made this a painful experience. Never going back. The only reason we put up with 2 days of getting jerked around was because they were the nearest dealership that had the vehicle we wanted in stock. We'll never return.

Great car. Wish it didn't come with run flat tires which I believe lessens the quality of the ride, and they wear out quickly. Other than that, no real complaints. Car is truly the ultimate driving machine.

This is my 2nd BMW after keeping my previous 528 for over a dozen years ! Still going strong but had to change. After test driving a few, came back to BMW... Its like Apple, once you get an iPhone, it is hard to switch ! Bought a CPO, which gives us more time. Nice car. Good power. Have to constantly check the speedometer to ensure we stay within limits ! So silent and smooth... Love it !

The main issue I've had with this car is learning its vast number of controls, some of which are in strange places (such as at the end of the directional signal stalk) and are not clearly marked. The gearshift, for example, is counter-intuitive, and is moved backwards to go forwards, and vice versa-unlike most cars, it doesn't really move and fit into a slot for the appropriate gear. For no fathomable reason, the rear view camera stays on when you then drive forward. The warning system, for a car crossing or a person crossing, is unreliable; for example, if you have the car in reverse, the car hasn't moved yet, but a person walks behind the car, the warning signal does not sound--it only sounds if the car is already moving in reverse (if the pedestrian was walking right behind the car, you already hit him or her). There are also other "features" that make no sense. On the other hand, the car is fun to drive, reasonably powerful, attractive (I think--my wife disagrees), comfortable (except that one feels remarkably many bumps in the road), and quiet.

My experience although limited was great. I was unable to go to the dealership before the car.I was interested in sold.

Purchased my fifth BMW, a 2025 X5 m40i. My last BMW was A 2024 X5 M60i so I have a little experience with both the V6 and V8 X5. The 8 cylinder is a beast and very fast, but the X5 is more of a luxury SUV than a performance car, so I opted for the Turbo Charged six cylinder. Plenty of power and about 10 mpg better gas mileage. I enjoy technology and have all the available packages. I find the tech reliable and easy to operate. I have 22” black wheels on my BMW, so I opted for the optional wheel and tire warranty as I’ve always had wheels fail by hitting pot holes, etc.

The sales person Desmond was awesome. I came to car lux specifically for one particular car that I saw online. That particular car was not available. However, Desmond worked extremely hard to get me in not just any car, but the right car to suit my needs. He worked tirelessly with the finance department to insure that got the car that I ended up purchasing. So not only did he pay attention to my wants, he also paid close attention to my needs. For that I'm extremely grateful. The finance team was also excellent in meeting the terms that I was qualified for. I bought a 2021 BMW X5 4.0 with the M Sports Package and this had been one of best vehicles ever owned. The reliability, comfort and curb appeal adds to it value. I traded a 2016 Lexus GX 460 for the X5 and have no regrets!

One thing I will say the price on the vehicle is set there is no wiggle room they are already priced low, I agree. What got me was no one was pushing me to buy the guy Alec who helped me take it out for a spin was freaking awesome and showed me some cool features. Antonio the sales rep got me a mind blower 2.49 financing I was sold.
