Richard was my salesman, very attentive, very responsive, very helpful. Jacob is the knowledge man. He knows every single button, switch, command, trick, gadget in every vehicle. He drove 45 minutes to my home to show me the inns and outs of my vehicle and programmed my garage door openers. If he doesn’t get commission he should! Daniel in the service department was my service representative. Every, single person I have dealt with at Lexus has been absolutely amazing. Best customer service ever! The cars are incredible, but it’s the customer service that will keep you going back.

Purchased 2 years ago. Drives like a rocketship. handles extremely well. no issues thus far, just regular maintenance. Interior is very well designed and very comfortable. The caro area is well designed as well.

Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

1. BMW has relinquished transmission service, WHY? They DO NOT make their transmissions and the builder, another German company does and has a full service recommend sheet, with miles and correct fluids, et al. Now that's a load of crap. All transmission need servicing like any part with fluid traveling through it! So when your Trany goes out, you are looking a $4000+ easy, Thanks BMW for that PLANNED OBSELENCE! 2. No dip stick and access to change your oil or the very small oil gasket, NOT THE OIL FILTER, will cost you over $1000 in labor, TO ACCESS and a $14.08 part! 3. Ridiculous depreciation the minute you drive off the lot. I can buy a 2022 X7, retailing north of $95,000 for around. $50,000 and CPO/Certified with around 35-45,000 miles. 4. Very fun to drive, quality feel, twin turbo power I like, the profile is amazing on my 2017 X5. Don't like the body style changes. 5. You pay $65,000 or more and have to pay extra, with one package to get the Harmon Kardon stereo. xxxx, for that much in the price tag I should get the Bowers and Wilkins. 6. 9.5 and 10.5 wheels and tires make it look "mean". But no rotation and you will wear out the front tires in about 25,000 miles. Run flats are harsh and do not last. So, get an "S" model and gain gas mileage, rotate and balance tires and unless you live in a cold climate, the XDrive is a waste of additional sticker shock. of money. 10. The interior colors, mine is brown leather, are nauseating, at best. Orange looking leather, white leather-are you kidding me? And, the old standby Black!

My second X3 and love it more than the first!I especially like driving in the sport mode. Great feel and ride and the gas mileage stays about the same.

Honesty and integrity. These peoples profesionalist is through the roof. They mean what they say and say what they mean. I work at a dealer and will not buy from any where else. Go see Tom and the general manager to get the most out of what's usually a hassle. Their level of honesty will make you feel right at home.

The G87 M2 is fantastic. It's the best BMW of the 9 I've had over the years. The engine is amazing, the suspension fantastic, and the car is light and nimble. The manual transmission is much better than I expected.

Last week we traded in our 2019 Mini Countryman for a new 4-Door Hardtop Mini. I could simply say that our sales rep Lawrence Chavez sold us the car, but it was more than that. He went out of his way to help us select from the stock on hand, to explain the varied features and our options, and to make us comfortable with our final choice and with the Mini App. He is an exceptional representative. Best driving BMW. Traded in 2013 550i. Torque, acceleration, & handling of new 540 surpasses my old 550. Could use more interior storage. The seats were slightly more Comfortable in my old 550. So far, I'm impressed with the new 540.

We went back on Sept 20th and he helped my best friend buy his first mini cooper. LoLo went above & beyond! The 2024 BMW X1 is nimble and responsive. It has an excellent memory for self-driving the car to back out of tight parking spots along the path the driver used to get into it. The car feels spacious inside and is easy to get into. My observed hwy mileage is 36mpg @ 75mph and 22mpg in suburban driving. It’s defects are: 1) the driver must learn how to start from a stop to avoid a sluggish pick-up or a sudden forward jerk; 2) the owner’s manual does not include directions for setting up the electronics, so the owner must resort to a complex cryptic in-car system that is difficult to sort through; 3) the built-in navigation system's is hard to use; the owner will resort to Waze or Car Play; 4) the car is bumpy on rough surfaces, and vibrates like a massage unit on washboard.

The car is great very fast suv the only problem the wind noise and change the tires the run flat tire for all season noise reduce little bit but besides that so far so good 👍I’m recommend

Love the vehicle but I think it preforms best on battery, therefore will look for an all electric car in the future. Overall great car.
