BMW of Ramsey went “above and beyond” to EXCEED my expectations! My transaction involved 3 Managers, my Sales Consultant and a Delivery Specialist/“Genius”. I was THRILLED!

Our 2022 X5 was a beautiful car to us. Unfortunately it didn't work for us as my wife is handicapped and found it difficult to get in and out of - it's higher than one would expect and came to realize the seats are more inboard than other cars that are direct competitors. The 3 inch door sill was almost like a running board and contributed to her struggles. Even though we had the multi-contour seats, we found the lower cushion seat side bolsters too firm for any drive more than an hour. The seat back was fine. While driving around town and 2 lanes was great, it didn't track as well on the highway as one would expect, even after an alignment (it was off at delivery). Our old Volvos were much better in that regard. The positives include the exterior and interior design/layout, the quality, ride, handling and power. It also still has a few buttons, albeit a bit small when driving. The headlights were awesome and the gas mileage was better than expected, 21 around town and 28+ on the highway. Our situation is unique, and after 7 months we sold the car to a tall, able bodied couple.

I almost purchased a vehicle from BMW of Ramsay, and even though I did not, it was still a great experience. Frances, my sales rep, was great. Frances sat with me and we narrowed down myriad options into three discrete choices. Frances was response with texts, and let me take as much time as I wanted in viewing cars.

Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

Just last week me and my family drove over to see this beauty. It was only the second car I looked at but I fell in love with it. A gentleman named Dylan helped us out with the purchase and buying a car can take awhile but he made it as seamless as possible, telling us what he was doing, or what we were waiting on right away. Only had the X5 for 4 weeks now but so far it is an awesome vehicle that runs and drives great. It appears to be very well built with good body lines and fit. Some of the safety features and electronic systems take some time to get set up properly for the best driving experience but the reward is well worth the time as everything is customizable for two drivers. Only bad thing is that a mower along the roadside threw a stone and put a chip in our paint and the paint isn’t self healing.

I love the car and at the same time I can't help to hate it. What I love about the car would be the luxurious interior, comfortable and quiet cabin, smooth ride, ease of access, and a few extra features that were put in as an add-on. What I don't like about this car would be the poor fuel economy for the 30i model, especially when compared to the B-58 engine. Apple carplay connection issues, no option for remote start unless I want to void warranty, and no option for the iDrive Recorder App. Exterior Styling - 8.5/10 Interior Styling - 9/10 Comfort - 9.5/10 Cargo space - 8.5/10 Driving smoothness - 9.5/10 Horsepower - 7/10 Fuel Economy - 3/10 It's been an overall fun car to get around in. It's easy to get in and out of, smooth on bumpy roads, and it is quiet. The fact that only 2022 models and newer offer remote start and iDrive recorder is a big disappointment. But I think my biggest disappointment would be the fuel economy. As I had the B-58 in the past and averaged out 11.5L/100km and in this X3 am averaging 13.5/100km which was worse than my pick up truck. I might not keep this car for long-term just because of how poor the fuel economy is.

This vehicle was very fun to drive, it is comfortable and sporty, and the handling was excellent. Barely any issues, just overall a great driving experience.

I cannot believe that BMW put a 4 cylinder with turbo in an X3. It is the single problem I have with my car. otherwise it is perfect. The 6 cylinder in my 2005 was Awesome!!!!! BMW stands for Performance, GIVE IT.

I have this car for 26,000 miles now. This is the best X5 that I have ever owned. The new engine is great on the xdrive 40i. No need for the M60. 0-60 in 3.9 seconds. Handling is great. Tires and much better than on the previous generation. The ride is tight and comfortable. They did an awesome job. Hopefully, this car will last as long as my previous 2010 X5.

I love that BMW makes a mid size suv that is part electric now. We purchased the x3 edrive. I do mostly local driving during the week so only need to fill up with gas once a month to every six weeks. Excellent car!

This is my 2nd BMW after keeping my previous 528 for over a dozen years ! Still going strong but had to change. After test driving a few, came back to BMW... Its like Apple, once you get an iPhone, it is hard to switch ! Bought a CPO, which gives us more time. Nice car. Good power. Have to constantly check the speedometer to ensure we stay within limits ! So silent and smooth... Love it !

1. BMW has relinquished transmission service, WHY? They DO NOT make their transmissions and the builder, another German company does and has a full service recommend sheet, with miles and correct fluids, et al. Now that's a load of crap. All transmission need servicing like any part with fluid traveling through it! So when your Trany goes out, you are looking a $4000+ easy, Thanks BMW for that PLANNED OBSELENCE! 2. No dip stick and access to change your oil or the very small oil gasket, NOT THE OIL FILTER, will cost you over $1000 in labor, TO ACCESS and a $14.08 part! 3. Ridiculous depreciation the minute you drive off the lot. I can buy a 2022 X7, retailing north of $95,000 for around. $50,000 and CPO/Certified with around 35-45,000 miles. 4. Very fun to drive, quality feel, twin turbo power I like, the profile is amazing on my 2017 X5. Don't like the body style changes. 5. You pay $65,000 or more and have to pay extra, with one package to get the Harmon Kardon stereo. xxxx, for that much in the price tag I should get the Bowers and Wilkins. 6. 9.5 and 10.5 wheels and tires make it look "mean". But no rotation and you will wear out the front tires in about 25,000 miles. Run flats are harsh and do not last. So, get an "S" model and gain gas mileage, rotate and balance tires and unless you live in a cold climate, the XDrive is a waste of additional sticker shock. of money. 10. The interior colors, mine is brown leather, are nauseating, at best. Orange looking leather, white leather-are you kidding me? And, the old standby Black!

highly recommend taking a look at any car that Westchester Auto Exchange has in inventory. You will find only quality cars at reasonable prices. No junk cars from the auctions on this lot. I went, I looked, made a deal and bought the car. Jay made the process extremely easy, taking care of the taxes and DMV paperwork. He stayed in touch throughout and even handled my special requests gracefully. His ads are right on, with honest pictures and accurate descriptions. Certainly give WAE a look. When you do, there's really good chance you'll find your next ride there.

Its so comfortable, fast, sport, low mileage, so clean . It is 2013 with 67k mileage, honestly so clean look like new car .new tire and full service

Imagine our predicament. We live in a small community in the foothills of the Adirondack Mountains in upstate New York. Our neighbor and his wife purchase low-mileage vehicles from dealers throughout the Northeast, then diligently repair them until they are roadworthy once again and ready for purchase by local folks. My wife, another neighbor and I often bring the vehicles home. Monday afternoon we were driving north on the Thruway with a Ford F-150 we had just obtained from a dealer in Wayne, NJ when we noticed the left front tire losing air. We pulled over, discovered that the spare had no air in it, prayed, and decided to try to make it to the next exit. We proceeded slowly for miles in the breakdown lane and made it to the Harriman exit at last. Spotting a Walmart sign, we made for it. It was too far. The tire split just as we pulled into Orange County BMW's parking lot. What a "kettle of fish". Surrounded by so many shiny, premium new autos, the sad F-150 was so out of place! We shuffled disconsolently into the office and a young man jumped up to greet us. "What can we help you with?" he asked. "We are looking for a Good Samaritan," I replied. "Let's see what we can do," he responded." His name was Michael Pussilano and he indicated that he was "on loan" for three days to Orange County BMW from his own Mercedes dealership. He walked out into the cold to survey the damage, then assured us they would take charge. He then invited us to make ourselves comfortable in their waiting room. Their waiting room was warm (so welcome after spending time outside in the bitter wind!), spotless, well-lit, and featured an interesting array of magazines, classic models, accessories, and clothing. They worked on the old Ford for over an hour. Presently, Michael returned with a tire wrench in one hand and the spent cable lock from the Ford's tire carriage. He apologized because they had had to cut the cable (a necessity with ANY truck subjected to over 30 minutes of New York State's overly-salted winter highways!) and cautioned us to tighten the lug nuts on the freshly-installed spare tire after a few miles, for safety's sake. I reached for my credit card and received the shock of my life. What did we owe? "Nothing," Michael stated, "this was a complimentary service". We had found our "Good Samarian". What more could I say? None of us will ever forget the kind, thoughtful, efficient service that we found at Orange County BMW. Thank you, Orange County, for so kindly getting us back on our way. The BMW X3 is not a crossover that should be ignored. It is more than I expected coming from someone who has owned a 3 Series BMW for the last 6 years. Now I ask myself, why didn't I opt for the X3 much sooner, especially since it is more spacious with better features than my 3 series. Plus the price was only about $3,000 more for plenty more space and amenities. You owe it to yourself to test drive one soon!

Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.
