3.4 Engine is perfect for this car. I was actually able to tow my friends car to his house once. Fwd is good for a small car like this. Good for getting out of mud. Overall a good car that I still use today

This is the most reliable car I have owned. I have >320,00kms on it after 23 years. It always starts in cold weather whether its plugged in or not. It never needs anything outside regular maintenance and tires are very inexpensive. It is super easy to get to anything on the engine. The a/c and heating work great. Its not the prettiest or most comfortable vehicle, but it works better than anything I have driven.

Bought my 2015 Subaru 2.0XT Touring brand spanking new off the Subaru dealership's lot. Have owned it all this time about 9 years straight. Take care of your car with regular oil changes, servicing at recommended intervals, and your car will take care of you. Performed the required recalls during service periods. Not 1 single regret on owning this car, ever. It rides smooth and true. Had a clicking issue in the ball joints 2 years ago which Subaru fixed free of charge. Other than that, this car has been my dream machine.

s10 s and blazers was famious going though ball joints .i bought 3rd door first year came out .mistake never buy first year weather seal came out all time under warrenty still pain . sold it only wish still made small trucks sold it 65 thousand miles no major issues still had origional back brakes

Overall, A good value. Fairly Dependable V6..A few issues would make it a much more dependable car. Starter catches oil drips, ruining the starter. Speedometer needle fell off. Odometer light goes out periodically, paint fading on roof and hood.. Small issues take away from the Taurus overall.

This vehicle has been amazing for me. It does have a CVT Transmission (the only real issue with it) and CVT sucks. But it has been so reliable, I love it!

Rick was willing to work within that structure and communicated consistently and clearly throughout the process. He provided documents promptly and answered my questions directly. The deal ultimately did not move forward because removing the Vehicle Service Contract would have caused the dealership to lose money, and including it would have raised my monthly payment beyond what made financial sense for me. Rick explained this transparently, which I appreciated. Although I did not complete the purchase, my experience was professional and straightforward. I would work with them again in the future.

This is my second windstar . My 2000 went 240k miles with only 1 transmission rebuild at 160k. Water pump at 144k. Great van . My 2002 has 51k with no repairs other than oil changes and brakes Ford builds quality in 2002. German motor USA trans. No complaints. Only replaced 3 batteries . 1 power window motor. due to lack of use. If you can find an old one under 100k buy it.
