Response to my inquiry was prompt and courteous. So was the follow-up as the sales agent checked with me regularly. The initial internet presentation of the car wasn't great as pictures were of "other" cars of the wrong color, etc. I didn't buy the car so I don't know what happened after a few days.

The Reps were thorough and professional. I never regret a visit so far and I?ve been going there for the past 2 years.

The service manager was outstanding. He was involved in every aspect of my car repair. My issue was very difficult to diagnose. I observed him interacting positively with employees. I saw him doing manual labor, which you usually do not see. I was greeted positively from the moment I arrived. This is in contrast to the negative experience at AutoNation Chevrolet Pembroke Pines down the street from me. I know a positive business from the moment I walk in. I observe all employees including the amount of time spent with customers or just in the customer area. Happy employees are going to give customers a better experience.

He is always on point, honest, reliable, caring. He goes above and beyond at all times to make the process easy and accommodating. His communication is thorough and precise. Working with salesperson Brahms, made the entire procedure pleasurable. He made time to explain all of the features on the new Encore, with much patience. I decided to install side safety signals, and Brahms arranged for a loaner. Upon return, my personal belongs from the trunk of the car, were missing. Mr Brahms inquired daily about my belongings, and he went to the repair shop, where they were found, and he returned them all in tact. Commendable.
