The exterior is sporty. The placement of the vehicle's features are well placed. All three rows give even tall people room, such that they do not feel confined. With four adults and a toddler, we were able to have enough space to carry all planned luggage and snacks for a 2400 mile round trip journey. With all this space, I can still get this vehicle inside the garage.

Shopping for a new vehicle ranks right up at the top of my list of things I dread doing. So when we decided to replace my 11 year old car, we took the time to do research and read reviews of the newer models. Being very tall and having several vehicle requirements, we narrowed the search. Five dealerships later, those did not pan out! Out of frustration, we decided to just go to the auto mall at Southpoint. As we wandered the lots, a salesman, Tarik Adas approached us from the Hendricks Buick/GMC dealership. Such a delightful and well informed salesman! No high pressure sale; he just listened to what we were looking for. He made several suggestions to try out for size and then showed us a vehicle that checked all the boxes and then some! Dealing with Abdul Aldanab in the Finance Department was very easy and he was able to offer us some options and extras that will help protect our new vehicle for years to come. We certainly did not go with the intention of purchasing a Buick, but we are loving the new ride! And like the commercial says . . . “It’s not your grandpa’s Buick!

This is our 7th new car purchase so we have had good and horrible experiences. I’m happy to say that this was a wonderful experience. John Vangilder, our sales specialist was excellent throughout everything. Even the Finance Manger, Preet C., was excellent. It’s one of the few times we truly love our new car and we feel good about the actual purchase. It will make the monthly payments less painful. But seriously, I can’t thank them enough.

just took delivery of a new Enclave Aviner model. Quite comfortable ride with plenty of power. Nice new features and upgraded leather interior. Nice chrome trim and sleek exterior looks. Very pleased with the changes for 2022. At last you can turn off the start/stop feature.

All in all this was a very pleasant car buying experience. Tom Dempsey, the owner of the dealership, personally found me the car I was looking for at the price I could afford. Elijah then took over and did an amazing job showing us how to operate all of the electronic features this car has. He was extremely professional and patient and he walked us through everything. I was given plenty of time to find without any hassle or hard selling. It made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable rather than rushed. Any questions I did have were answered clearly and honestly, and I never felt like I was being pushed toward something that wasn’t right for me. Arranging the test drive was quick and simple, and the test drive itself was smooth. Everything was explained clearly, and I was given the time I needed to properly get a feel for the car.

Bought it used in May 2022. It's a 2016 Buick Enclave awd Tucson Edition (displayed as leather). It's a nice car, was around $28,000 from carmax with 70k miles. It's first problem occurred in June 2025 when the ac stopped working, it got fixed. Only major problem was at 105k miles when the transmission had trouble. Reason why was because the dealer said it had the 4,500 lb tow package, but it was missing a crucial part needed to tow. Transmission was fixed, and car still runs fine to this day at 108k miles. 3.6L V6 288 horsepower.

It is very comfortable and has all the perks whistles and bells you need for a trip to grocery store a a long vacation. Good gas mileage and plenty of performance. A safe car that is a pleasure to drive!
