I have driven my 2025 Buick Enclave Sport Touring almost 9k miles and I am beyond happy with the car. The car is very smooth, comfortable, beautiful and economical. I do both city and freeway driving and so far, my MPG average is over 29 miles, getting about 580+ miles to a tank of gas! My 2025 Enclave drives so much better than the SUV I used to drive that had a V-6 engine and gets over 10 miles more per gallon of gas, on average. I have more than enough room when transporting family members and/or my (3) dogs. Everyone enjoys being a passenger in my Enclave.

Bought it used in May 2022. It's a 2016 Buick Enclave awd Tucson Edition (displayed as leather). It's a nice car, was around $28,000 from carmax with 70k miles. It's first problem occurred in June 2025 when the ac stopped working, it got fixed. Only major problem was at 105k miles when the transmission had trouble. Reason why was because the dealer said it had the 4,500 lb tow package, but it was missing a crucial part needed to tow. Transmission was fixed, and car still runs fine to this day at 108k miles. 3.6L V6 288 horsepower.

The vehicle was great EXCEPT for the shifter which was the worst type EVER that GM designed!! I had family that could not figure out how to use it!!

Found 2014 Audi A4 Quattro manual transmission on Saugus Auto Mall website and called after hours to set up a test drive for the next day. Car was in great condition and was really fun to drive. Though the car's price was very competitive for the market (we shopped around for a few weeks) it was just slightly outside of our price range and they were able to meet us in the middle. We test drove the car for a second time the next day. Both times there was no hassling or pressure from Ali or the Saugus team. We decided to buy the car cash and everything went so smoothly. When we got home we realized it was one of those unicorn car buying experiences. The DMV is super slow right now during the pandemic so we had to wait for a full week for our paper plates and registration to come through. The car was fully detailed and everything was in order when we came to pick it up. Also, we had asked for one of the tires to be replaced because it was damaged and they ended up replacing ALL four tires! Great experience buying a used Audi! I bought my 2020 Enclave new and have been totally pleased. It rides better gets better mpg smoother more quiet and a much better ‘road car’ than the compatible Mercedes and BMW company cars I’ve driven. The tranny seems to be in the best gear more often without the annoying hard downshifts. The only option I wish Buick would offer is a third seat delete… I very seldom use the 3rd seats. It would be nice if they were removable like my Rendezvous seats which offered much more cargo space without them. The excellent road manners and smooth quiet ride shortens my 450 mile trip to my daughter’s house…. And I made it there without stopping for gas! 16.3 gal to go 451 miles… on a 310hp engine. I always liked my Chevy Caprices… but this Enclave is actually better and no problems just like the Caprices.

Traded my Rogue for a 2020 Buick Enclave and I am loving it. It is comfortable which matters to me since I am older. I don't know if it would be that popular with a younger generation but for long trips I think even they would like it, especially if you have kids. It is great when traveling with our dogs and we could sleep comfortably in it if we decide to stop at a camp site. I do wish it had some standard things on it that my Rogue did. The seats are more comfortable than the Rogue. I wish the cruise control automatically adjusted the speed. I wish it had a Lane departure warning.
