I bought my 2020 Enclave new and have been totally pleased. It rides better gets better mpg smoother more quiet and a much better ‘road car’ than the compatible Mercedes and BMW company cars I’ve driven. The tranny seems to be in the best gear more often without the annoying hard downshifts. The only option I wish Buick would offer is a third seat delete… I very seldom use the 3rd seats. It would be nice if they were removable like my Rendezvous seats which offered much more cargo space without them. The excellent road manners and smooth quiet ride shortens my 450 mile trip to my daughter’s house…. And I made it there without stopping for gas! 16.3 gal to go 451 miles… on a 310hp engine. I always liked my Chevy Caprices… but this Enclave is actually better and no problems just like the Caprices.

The vehicle was great EXCEPT for the shifter which was the worst type EVER that GM designed!! I had family that could not figure out how to use it!!

Bought a truck from rich in July and had a great experience no pressure to buy like a big dealer. Made all needed repairs to truck before getting truck with no questions asked. Made the process from start to finish easy from finding a truck to financing and getting it fixed. Would have recommended them after my first experience to any one. When it was time to buy another car went back to may motor company to look first found a truck i fell in love with but just wanted to go look at a couple other places after having a sales man trying force me to buy a truck i said no and then returned to May motor to buy the truck i fell in love with. Once again rich and the team was nothing but stellar again. Rich would be the only one i would by a car from and drive it across the country with out even thinking about it. Tito was absolutely the best sales person I have ever worked with. He answered every question. Let me know the cars progress in the shop. Checked out every feature that was important to me, personally. Because this Encore had every safety feature available at the time, Tito made sure each one was there and working. He didn’t assume. This was our 25 year old son’s birthday present. (Had been in a wreck) Tito put the car in our driveway while we were at dinner. Keys inside a birthday box. A little Thompson swag bag. This is how you get lifetime customers. It was all his idea. Please ask for Tito. The best dealer I have ever had the privilege of working with. Found car online. Price out the door was the same price to the penny as advertised. Car came with list of repairs that had been made in shop. (It was well used) a 3 month, 3000 mile power train warranty. The paperwork was easy and ready for me. Tom, the Finance Manager was wonderful. I’ve been to a lot of dealers, bought a lot of cars, but I have never been treated as well as I was at Thompson Sales. Extra special? Not a single person asked if, My husband needed to come in, see it, approve it, yes this still happens on 2025. So women, this is your go to dealer. Great experience.

Traded my Rogue for a 2020 Buick Enclave and I am loving it. It is comfortable which matters to me since I am older. I don't know if it would be that popular with a younger generation but for long trips I think even they would like it, especially if you have kids. It is great when traveling with our dogs and we could sleep comfortably in it if we decide to stop at a camp site. I do wish it had some standard things on it that my Rogue did. The seats are more comfortable than the Rogue. I wish the cruise control automatically adjusted the speed. I wish it had a Lane departure warning.

Ride is smooth and quiet with what engine doesn't have in speed it has in hidden torque in motor.
