Shopping for a new vehicle ranks right up at the top of my list of things I dread doing. So when we decided to replace my 11 year old car, we took the time to do research and read reviews of the newer models. Being very tall and having several vehicle requirements, we narrowed the search. Five dealerships later, those did not pan out! Out of frustration, we decided to just go to the auto mall at Southpoint. As we wandered the lots, a salesman, Tarik Adas approached us from the Hendricks Buick/GMC dealership. Such a delightful and well informed salesman! No high pressure sale; he just listened to what we were looking for. He made several suggestions to try out for size and then showed us a vehicle that checked all the boxes and then some! Dealing with Abdul Aldanab in the Finance Department was very easy and he was able to offer us some options and extras that will help protect our new vehicle for years to come. Went to look at a Rav 4. IT greeted me and asked what options were important to me. He answered my questions and explained everything to me. The financing part was painless. IT set up my phone for me and explained all the features of the car and showed me how they work. I did not feel pressure and the entire experience only took about 2 1/2 hours. I hope that my service experience goes as well.

I have driven my 2025 Buick Enclave Sport Touring almost 9k miles and I am beyond happy with the car. The car is very smooth, comfortable, beautiful and economical. I do both city and freeway driving and so far, my MPG average is over 29 miles, getting about 580+ miles to a tank of gas! My 2025 Enclave drives so much better than the SUV I used to drive that had a V-6 engine and gets over 10 miles more per gallon of gas, on average. I have more than enough room when transporting family members and/or my (3) dogs. Everyone enjoys being a passenger in my Enclave.

it is 2023 and it has 146,000 miles on it with no major repairs. I change oil ever 5K miles and do all scheduled maintenance. My wife loves it. She can carry lots of her stuff and it easily converts to handle passengers.

I bought my 2020 Enclave new and have been totally pleased. It rides better gets better mpg smoother more quiet and a much better ‘road car’ than the compatible Mercedes and BMW company cars I’ve driven. The tranny seems to be in the best gear more often without the annoying hard downshifts. The only option I wish Buick would offer is a third seat delete… I very seldom use the 3rd seats. It would be nice if they were removable like my Rendezvous seats which offered much more cargo space without them. The excellent road manners and smooth quiet ride shortens my 450 mile trip to my daughter’s house…. And I made it there without stopping for gas! 16.3 gal to go 451 miles… on a 310hp engine. I always liked my Chevy Caprices… but this Enclave is actually better and no problems just like the Caprices.

I felt they were honest 1st of all. Can't say that about very many dealerships. They gave the best trade-in value on my 2015 Tahoe (by far). I searched Missouri and Illinois for about 8 weeks and Sapaugh was the best experience Hands-Down. My ONLY fault with my whole experience was getting my paper work finished. It was a cash deal with a trade-in. NO financing needed. But it was a holiday weekend (01/02/2026) only one guy doing the paperwork processing instead of two. NOT a giant deal.
