I have driven my 2025 Buick Enclave Sport Touring almost 9k miles and I am beyond happy with the car. The car is very smooth, comfortable, beautiful and economical. I do both city and freeway driving and so far, my MPG average is over 29 miles, getting about 580+ miles to a tank of gas! My 2025 Enclave drives so much better than the SUV I used to drive that had a V-6 engine and gets over 10 miles more per gallon of gas, on average. I have more than enough room when transporting family members and/or my (3) dogs. Everyone enjoys being a passenger in my Enclave.

Alex was a pleasure to work with throughout the process. When I expressed my concerns about covid he kindly agreed to wear a mask and arranged for the process to be conducted outdoors as much as possible. He also expedited the sale process because he understood that I needed to drive the vehicle back to the SF Bay Area that day. Lastly, he was very knowledgeable about the Suburban that I purchased, and provided me with a lot of great information about its features and benefits. Although the car we wanted didnt work out, the customer service was excellent. MARCUS is a STAR! He should be in management. I have brought many mercedes in the past. Carmax is turning the tide when it comes to purchasing vehicles. The best thing to do when you buy any car is to take it to another mechanic, and then bring it back to the place to be fixed within the warranty period. The Truck I purchased from them a year ago had a few issues but they did take care of it and I've not have any problems since. Carmax has set the bar high for purchasing returning and anything to do with cars. BRAVO!

Johnathan's a weasel. Ask for Caleb he'll take great care of you. I skipped work and drove 3hrs to the dealership for my appointment only to find the car had been sold and Jonathan was nowhere to be found. Caleb was kind enough to step in and make things right.

The exterior is sporty. The placement of the vehicle's features are well placed. All three rows give even tall people room, such that they do not feel confined. With four adults and a toddler, we were able to have enough space to carry all planned luggage and snacks for a 2400 mile round trip journey. With all this space, I can still get this vehicle inside the garage.
