Culpepper Auto Sales review
I had looked for a long time for a nice older Dodge Van. Will at Cullpeppers had a really nice one at a great price. I trusted them so much after talking to them and asking Will for more photo's that I purchased it from over 500 Miles away, without ever seeing it! I live in South West Florida! Being a somewhat cynical mechanic and business person, I typically would have never done this. I've never bought a car without examining it very closely, myself. The Van was perfect, runs great and it's in beautiful condition. Just what Will told me. I still look on Culpeppers Website, just to see what they have. I would by any car from Will again, based on just what he would tell me. The Nicest Thing About Culpeppers, Is That They Don't Charge Any Other 'Dealer Fees' on the Sale Of A Vehicle! Nice!
2017 Buick Encore review
I have had this car since 2017. This is the first car ever that I have owned, I like the fact that it is simply economical and efficient around the city. The only thing I have done is that the engine has something wrong with it very now and then. But overall it's the best car I drive. I would recommend this as your first car because its economical.

I found a SUV my mom was interested in online, we drove all over Birmingham to check out some other vehicles she was interested in. The experience in birmingham was horrible, but we contacted Lowery to see if the vehicle that she liked was still available, it was so we drove to Boaz to check it out, Carmela helped us and she was amazing and so friendly. 2017 Buick Encore review
I leased this 2017 Encore in 2017 after the lease was up I bought it. Now in 2024 I am just putting tires on it. I put a new battery in last year. That's it! I change the oil. I have read the bad reviews and am surprised. To be fair I drive in town and 6000 to 7000 miles a year.

2020 Buick Encore review
The Encore offers a very quiet and smooth ride. It has the get up and go when needed and handles really well. Drivers seating position is great for tall or short people but the seats aren't geared towards (wide) people, no disrespect intended. The car isn't very wide and the interior shows it. Driver and front passenger must share the one armrest on the driver's seat. A/C & heating knobs are not illuminated makes them hard to see at night. Back seat room is OK. Storage area good for groceries but not much else unless you raise the rear seat and lower the seat back. Doing this we were able to get a new mower in the box inside without any problem. Almost 30,000 miles with only regular oil changes and tire rotations. No mechanical issues at all! One of the best cars we have owned. Not to mention we bought it new while offered at $10000 of of list price!

Pulled into the dealership to look at new vehicles in the pouring rain. We were driving the lot looking at vehicles. Jeffrey came out in the rain, greeted us, introduced himself, and invited us to wait inside while he drove the vehicles to the covered area for us to inspect. We test drove a few vehicles and with Jeffrey's assistance we drove home a new vehicle. Jeffrey is great to work with. 2016 Buick Encore review
I have not had any problems with my Encore. I drove it to Nevada, California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Kentucky and Arkansas and have not had any problems with it at all. I have had the standard maintenance on it, Radiator Flush, Oil changes and put a new battery on it in 2022. The battery it came with lasted 6 years, can't complain about that. And I just put a set of tires on it too. I am very happy with this model and would recomend it anyone looking for a GREAT SUV.

I was in need of a good, safe vehicle that my husband who recently had a stroke could easily get into and out of. Brian Klie and Quan Bone assisted me in deciding which vehicle matched my needs. I never felt any pressure to purchase a specific car but was thoroughly educated on which vehicles would work with my want list. The car I chose was a beautiful 2024 Subaru Outback Onyx. I was given a very fair trade in allowance for my current vehicle and there were no surprise add on dealer charges for the new one which is rare!
