The service department team have a really good service manager Jason and the service team guys and women are detail with their customers and explain all before servicing and afterwards extensively so you leave satisfied. The operators who work the phone calls in to the dealorship are exceptional as well and they don’t get enough praise for their detailed work as well taking all the calls to direct where to go to keep the dealership in order. I bought 2014 Premium AWD used w, 30k miles and odometer now reads 179k. The car has been very reliable , I have replaced the water pump, timing belt, and done brakes and oil changes, I also fixed the manifold/valve cover issue. These were all normal Repairs . I am pretty good with maintenance, so that is key w this car. If you just drive it, don’t change oil or fluids then like any car you will have problems . This one has been very good .

The interior is spacious, Beautifully styled interior. The exterior is nicely styled. The middle console is small. The infotainment center is easy to use once you learn how.

I have not had any problems with my Encore. I drove it to Nevada, California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Kentucky and Arkansas and have not had any problems with it at all. I have had the standard maintenance on it, Radiator Flush, Oil changes and put a new battery on it in 2022. The battery it came with lasted 6 years, can't complain about that. And I just put a set of tires on it too. I am very happy with this model and would recomend it anyone looking for a GREAT SUV.

I took my VW to Willis Cadillac for a detail because I was emailed a special deal. All I can say is I am not sure my car was this clean when I bought it. It is amazing. I had been thinking of trading it, but now I love it again!

I've driven cross country several times without a problem. It handles the road very well, even in high winds. It has ample storage and everything is easily accessible and in reach of the driver.

The car is beautiful inside. The seats are comfortable. I have a heated steering wheel and seated seats. The car has an automatic starter. I put high test in engine and the pick up is great. I put gas in the tank almost every two weeks. I love the car and would highly recommend it. Best car I ever drove.

I purchased this vehicle used with only 17,000 miles on it. It is by far the best vehicle I have ever owed. It is a compact SUV but that's what I wanted so it's perfect for me. The only complaint I have is the mileage. My Chevy Malibu got much better gas mileage but this Buick is everything I ever wanted with all the gadgets and things it has.

We recently bought a used Expedition! Our experience (which children in tow) was phenomenal. The team worked with us several days in advance of us making the trek to Burlington! We didn’t know, until all paperwork was signed, that we would have to return to make a second key. This is an 1hr20min drive so a pretty big inconvenience, especially since the door keypad is un-programmable without 2 keys!
