im not new to buying cars. ive owned hundreds and currently own 6 cars , 6 trucks and 3 motercycles. i however am new to the excellent service I received. Ill never buy a car from anywhere else. The car is beautiful inside. The seats are comfortable. I have a heated steering wheel and seated seats. The car has an automatic starter. I put high test in engine and the pick up is great. I put gas in the tank almost every two weeks. I love the car and would highly recommend it. Best car I ever drove.

Very good vehicle. Not that great on gas, but ok for all wheel drive. Lots of room up front, really like the the all wheel drive.

I have not had any problems with my Encore. I drove it to Nevada, California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Kentucky and Arkansas and have not had any problems with it at all. I have had the standard maintenance on it, Radiator Flush, Oil changes and put a new battery on it in 2022. The battery it came with lasted 6 years, can't complain about that. And I just put a set of tires on it too. I am very happy with this model and would recomend it anyone looking for a GREAT SUV.

Whoever designed my 2919 Buick Encore was the best of the best. My wife and I love this car so much. I’v had a lot of cars over the years this one is the best. It is a great car and I love driving it.

I bought 2014 Premium AWD used w, 30k miles and odometer now reads 179k. The car has been very reliable , I have replaced the water pump, timing belt, and done brakes and oil changes, I also fixed the manifold/valve cover issue. These were all normal Repairs . I am pretty good with maintenance, so that is key w this car. If you just drive it, don’t change oil or fluids then like any car you will have problems . This one has been very good .

The sales person Luis was great and very helpful. Went out of his way to get the car delivered to me. He drove it 3.5 hrs so I can have it in time for a road trip. Also they managed to beat the best APR I got from a credit union. All in all it was a professional and positive experience.

The Encore offers a very quiet and smooth ride. It has the get up and go when needed and handles really well. Drivers seating position is great for tall or short people but the seats aren't geared towards (wide) people, no disrespect intended. The car isn't very wide and the interior shows it. Driver and front passenger must share the one armrest on the driver's seat. A/C & heating knobs are not illuminated makes them hard to see at night. Back seat room is OK. Storage area good for groceries but not much else unless you raise the rear seat and lower the seat back. Doing this we were able to get a new mower in the box inside without any problem. Almost 30,000 miles with only regular oil changes and tire rotations. No mechanical issues at all! One of the best cars we have owned. Not to mention we bought it new while offered at $10000 of of list price!

This SUV is a great vehicle great on gas. We all love the comfortable ride this SUV is great driving through the snow. Really like the all wheel drive feature.

The interior is spacious, Beautifully styled interior. The exterior is nicely styled. The middle console is small. The infotainment center is easy to use once you learn how.

I am writing ANOTHER review for Trend Auto since I continue to use them for maintenance issues regarding my used Toyota Sienna that I purchased from them years ago. I really like how it drives and rides. I knew I was getting a 4 cyl turbo, more for mileage than performance and it isn't even bad at performance. I have liked this body style since it came out. Mine specifically has the river rock metal flake paint. Making it a bit unique in my area. I had an uncle when I was younger that love Buick for the ride. It doesn't disappoint. For a very small SUV it rides very smooth and quiet. Mine is pretty much a base model without AWD, but that's fine as I have a winter beater. The stereo system sounds great even if it isn't the premium sound an upgraded model may have. Don't buy it thinking that you're going to set a 0-60 record. Buy it knowing that the turbo 4 cyl is for fuel economy and a decent take off. I'm more impressed owning it now than I thought I would be.

Great car for the money. Easy to park and has been very reliable. Would definitely recommend this suv. I love the hatchback and can fit a ton of stuff in the back. Much more useful than a sedan and the back seats fold down.

My first time in the dealership was the day after I had been in an accident that totalled my old car. Drew Aaron was friendly, understanding, and incredibly helpful. This was my first stop and I looked at a couple other cars before I came back, but I knew I was coming back to buy my car from Drew. After we signed the paperwork, we Drew Baker (another Drew, just to make things confusing) came over and showed us everything we needed to know about the infotainment system. That helped a lot as it does so much more than my old car! My only complaint would be that they have minimal parking on site, but that's the nature of their location and we didn't have too much trouble. A wonderful experience and an excellent car. I would highly recommend them.

Bought this Encore about a year ago its a 2015, we have driven it daily and just cant find a reason to complain. Its not a race care with its1.4 engine so don't expect it to be fast off the line or on the highway Good on gas handles well, again its not a sports car, just a reliable get around vehicle, one thing very small cargo area
