Used Buick Encore for sale near West Warwick, RI

If it wasn’t for the Service Manager Dominic and Customer service rep Matthew who works for Dominic, the vehicle would have been sold months ago! They both went out of the box to get all issues fixed . I can’t say enough about these two and have repeatedly tried contacting the District Manager for Tasca GMC in trying to let him know that they’ve secured our loyalty. I leased this 2017 Encore in 2017 after the lease was up I bought it. Now in 2024 I am just putting tires on it. I put a new battery in last year. That's it! I change the oil. I have read the bad reviews and am surprised. To be fair I drive in town and 6000 to 7000 miles a year.

I had a very good experience buying a new Outlander from Courtesy last week. This was my first experience dealing with them. Salesman Kyle and the finance guys were easy to deal with; everybody was upfront and honest. I would definitely buy from them again.

Very good vehicle. Not that great on gas, but ok for all wheel drive. Lots of room up front, really like the the all wheel drive.

Prestige Mitsubishi and their service department were amazing and easy to deal with! I purchased my Mitsubishi at another dealership and let me tell you one thing I wish I came here first! Anthony Miranda and Nick Were easy to deal with and understandable. Explained everything about my warranty, even though I did not buy the car from them. I was actually in the impression I would have to come out of pocket and most of the repairs were under factory warranty ! They even took the time to clean the car and the salesman in the showroom were friendly and interactive with me and my family. They put cartoons for the kids to watch and introduced themselves. One guy was trying to have me trade into a newer model and even explained how I qualify for all these rebates that I had no clue about. By the beginning of next year, I will definitely come back and see these guys!

Love the car. Easy to park. Small back seat. Back seat windows could have more glass. Blocks view. Very driver friendly. Only one arm rest in front- downer.

I purchased a 2008 honda crv67,000 miles. I thought maybe I had no chance to get into this Honda because of bad credit. But they assured me if this is the car I want they would make it happen and sure enough it did. The next day I was in my car and very happy. They were understanding, caring, helpful. They made sure the car was in mint condition when they gave it to us. It is running beautiful. I am so glad I went there. I would buy another car there in a heartbeat. They were absolutely wonderful. I bought 2014 Premium AWD used w, 30k miles and odometer now reads 179k. The car has been very reliable , I have replaced the water pump, timing belt, and done brakes and oil changes, I also fixed the manifold/valve cover issue. These were all normal Repairs . I am pretty good with maintenance, so that is key w this car. If you just drive it, don’t change oil or fluids then like any car you will have problems . This one has been very good .

I had routine maintenance done on my Encore. The service as usual was excellent. Very friendly and professional service staff. They are a pleasure to work with.

I have not had any problems with my Encore. I drove it to Nevada, California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Kentucky and Arkansas and have not had any problems with it at all. I have had the standard maintenance on it, Radiator Flush, Oil changes and put a new battery on it in 2022. The battery it came with lasted 6 years, can't complain about that. And I just put a set of tires on it too. I am very happy with this model and would recomend it anyone looking for a GREAT SUV.

Overall I had a good experience. A salesperson explained things to me without being overly pushy. No complaints. I think I was treated very fairly. I did end up purchasing a vehicle from them and in my opinion got a very good deal.

Great car for the money. Easy to park and has been very reliable. Would definitely recommend this suv. I love the hatchback and can fit a ton of stuff in the back. Much more useful than a sedan and the back seats fold down.

The initial day we went to look, we were very happy leaving. We found something we loved, and Deb was amazing! We went back to do paperwork a few days later with Roger, who was also great to work with, and were told we could pick it up 24-48 hrs later. Friday came and there was a slight mix-up, but Eric and Deb took full responsibility for this mix-up and worked with us to fix it. Deb came in on her day off and we drove our car home the next day. Whoever designed my 2919 Buick Encore was the best of the best. My wife and I love this car so much. I’v had a lot of cars over the years this one is the best. It is a great car and I love driving it.

I had been shopping for a 2019 or a 2018 Chevy truck. I had gone to the big auto places on route 9 and was disappointed in the prices and service. I saw what I was looking for at Uxbridge Auto. Not only did I get the exact vehicle I was looking for but THE Customer service was beyond compare. Josh was the salesman and was wonderful giving me all the details I needed and the price was great, bought it on the spot and he too care of everything, I drove away with a great vehicle and with great service. I am recommending them to my daughter who is looking for a used vehicle.

The communication and the way they handled the transaction was super transparent and eased my purchase process. I wired them the money and they kept the channels open regarding delivering the car to my place till I eventually picked up my car. I really appreciated how they made it super honest and professional. The interior is spacious, Beautifully styled interior. The exterior is nicely styled. The middle console is small. The infotainment center is easy to use once you learn how.

Always courteous, professional and informative. And they do not try to sell you unnecessary services/products. I feel I can trust them having used their services over 4 years.

I had to replace the water pump and the thermostat housing at only 30 thousand miles. Left me stranded at work all the water dumped out within minutes

A quality dealership in all respects. Knowledgable personel in sales, finance, parts and service. We?ve been dealing with this dealership for nearly a decade since moving to RI. We have either purchased or traded in several vehicles with the promised hassle free process. Our vehicles are always serviced/repaired right the first time at a reasonable cost.

I was looking for a car that had great gas mileage and still had plenty of room with a hatchback and was fun to drive. I definitely found it with the Buick Encore. It has been great in the winter with the all wheel drive also. The back seats fold down which I really like so you can fit a ton of stuff in the back like camping gear or shopping treasures. It has excellent connectivity with the cell phone with bluetooth or a usb cable. It has been easy to maintain also and have just had to do oil changes and has been super reliable. I would recommend the Encore to anyone I know and think that what you are getting for the money is hard to find in any other car on the market today.

Great little SUV. Gas mileage is a plus. Nice interior and features. Nice design. Reliable vehicle. This is our 18 year old’s car and we feel safe sending him out in it.

This is my first new car in 21 years. My bonneville after 275,000 miles finally decided it was tired. Mike at Ettleson made my experience painless. I had a tutorial on how to use some of the newer things in the car. Cars certainly have changed! Easy to get financing thru GM. I'm very happy with my purchase. Can't wait to use the heated seats!

We love this car. Drives well. interior has a luxury car feel. my husband and i are both tall and a little heavy and there is plenty of room in both front seats for us. you do need to have light weight, slightly shorter friends for the back seat. the only drawback i can even think of is there is not a ton of room for multiple suitcases if you are picking up another couple at the airport. other than that, this is a great auto. we have had it for 3 years and have not had one single problem with it!!!

Two and a half years later our salesman, tom frat, is still going above and beyond for us!! He arranged a service for my truck, got me an appointment and the truck fixed in no time. This man is a true people person and knows customer service like the back of his hand. Tom needs to be recognized for his ability to ALWAYS TAKE OF THE CUSTOMER FIRST!

Love the size of the automobile, use regular gas, good gas mileage, the has a heavy feel to it; it is not lite weight and inexpensive, it feels like a luxury vehicle when you ride in it. I love the metallic black color; the brilliant color gives it a fantastic look.

Service tech was very helpful in ensuring the service due was completed and provided, based on the mileage, recommendations for my next appointment. Overall a great experience.

The Encore offers a very quiet and smooth ride. It has the get up and go when needed and handles really well. Drivers seating position is great for tall or short people but the seats aren't geared towards (wide) people, no disrespect intended. The car isn't very wide and the interior shows it. Driver and front passenger must share the one armrest on the driver's seat. A/C & heating knobs are not illuminated makes them hard to see at night. Back seat room is OK. Storage area good for groceries but not much else unless you raise the rear seat and lower the seat back. Doing this we were able to get a new mower in the box inside without any problem. Almost 30,000 miles with only regular oil changes and tire rotations. No mechanical issues at all! One of the best cars we have owned. Not to mention we bought it new while offered at $10000 of of list price!
