New and used 2025 Buick Encore GX Preferred for sale near Concord, MO

I bought my car in for service, my advisor Adam was nice friendly and I had worked with him before.

Being 65...using the Mybuick App to use the phone is way more challenging than I would like!! I'm not tech savvy and STILL can't figure how to get my phone calls to be heard in the cars audio! I think it's a "me problem" but wish it was as simple as linking the Android app and Mybuick app.

Scheduled Maintenance, arrived on time, service was completed in the time frame given and on the road again.

ENCORE IS THE PERFECT SIZE, YOU DON'T SIT REAL LOW AND IT'S NOT SO HIGH YOU NEED A STEP STOOL TO GET INTO IT WHICH IS WHAT I LOVE THE MOST ABOUT THE ENCORE!!

Everything was great from a service prospective. Took off a star for the 3% credit card fee. Service is not cheap at the dealer and to tack on an extra 3% is unnecessary. In addition I have a GM credit card and to charge an extra 3% at the dealer pretty much makes the card useless. I?ll probably just cancel it

Service Advisor, Kevin Gromer, was very helpful and professional. The tech, Ryan Hellrung, worked through lunch to complete the repair that day. Hats off to both of these Lou Fusz employees.

She put us at ease, looked out for the best rate, and was very caring about our situation. I traveled down to Cardinal from Peoria, IL because they had the car I wanted at a good price. We were welcomed, and made to feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. They looked out for us as customers, and they did NOT have the attitude that they were doing us a favor to sell us a car. We would travel to Cardinal again to purchase! Highly recommended!

I had a chance to look at the trucks and then to test drive two of them. Maddie Metter was my sales consultant. She was very friendly and helpful. I liked that she did not make me feel pressured to buy. She answered all of my questions. There was a small dent in the tailgate that I wanted fixed before I took it home. Maddie kept me informed of the progress of the repair and I picked it up the same day it was fixed. She even texted me to make sure that I made it home okay. I wish more places had people like Maddie working for them, she made me feel appreciated, not just another sale to her.

We did a long distance deal. Jeremy was incredible! He facilitated the whole thing thru text and phone calls. We drove 805 miles to get our new truck and I'd do it again!

It was a great experience. They were very attentive to what I wanted and what I wanted to pay. Overall it was excellent service. I would recommend them to anyone.
