I was wowed by the service I received from Lynn at Hatfield Buick GMC. I have been looking for a car for a year and a half, been to 4 different dealerships in Los Angeles, and have left each time feeling scammed and disappointed without a car. Every trick in the book had been pulled on me. I finally decided to give buying a car another try. I found my dream car with all the bells and whistles I wanted 2 hours away from where I live at Hatfield Buick GMC. I talked to Kevin who got my pre-approval process going so they could hold the vehicle for me, then I headed out to the dealership a few days later to meet with Lynn.
