New and used 2026 Buick Encore GX for sale near Forest Junction, WI

After my car came from the body shop, it was spotless inside and out. Will be looking for a new car in the spring and I will be going to Bergstroms we have always got our cars from Bergstroms.

I was concerned when my charging voltage showed that the battery wasn't charging. I had only seen my vehicle. Do that shortly after I had purchased it, and then recently had a battery replaced, and had forgotten about the feature. To save fuel, it reduces the output of the alternator when not needed. I am thinking now that the last battery I had purchased must have been defective.

Their saleman got back to me promptly and offered follow up which was great . Not pushy though

The sales person Kim had excellent knowledge of the vehicle I was buying. I also liked the design and look of the 2025 Denali Canyon So far like the truck but still getting sed the all the controls.

Bergstrom has been amazing! We ended up making the mistake of purchasing a 2019 Buick Enclave from a different dealership out of the state and have had a whole lot of problems that they have been unwilling to help pay for or fix. We have had to bring the vehicle to Bergstrom Green Bay (a local Buick dealer) over 5 times since purchasing only 2 months ago. Bergstrom, specifically Layloni in service and Rick in Body shop have been absolutely amazing to work with!!! They have been so so so helpful and understanding and have done more for us that is likely required under warranty as this vehicle had obviously been in an accident and The dealer we purchase led from covered it up. The windshield is aftermarket and it leaks, the hood is unaligned and there is multiple screws missing once you lift the hood. The list goes on and on. It has been a nightmare. We have had noting but problems with it. Thankfully we have had an amazing dealership with quality, caring employees like Layloni and Rick at Bergstrom Automotive of Green Bay that truly care about their customers and are willing to help in anyway they can. They go above and beyond to provide customer satisfaction and that is hard to find these days. We will be purchasing and servicing all future vehicles at Bergstrom because of the customer service we have revived. Thank you for being a great dealership and enjoying great people!

I showed up without an appointment because I was in the area. Asked the young man at the entrance to the oil change building if they had any room to fit me in so I could have my transmission flushed with filter change (as recommended in manual due to the new style transmissions being a ?sealed? unit) as well as an oil change. He got me in later in the afternoon. I was in the waiting area only an hour for everything to be done. Pop and coffee available at no charge. Comfortable seating as well as a television. Very relaxing really.

Erik was awesome through the whole buying process! He was very responsive and understood what i was looking for. I am very happy with my new vehicle!

Today, April 19th, 2023, I took both of our family cars to Bergstrom Auto-Oshkosh on Washburn. First vehicle a 2020 Chey Equinox and second vehicle a 2007 Toyota Camry. I'd like to compliment Jacob Durant who worked with me on the Equinox oil change, etc. Second individual for '07 Camry was Partrick Fitzsimmons. Both servce consultants outstanding!!! Very polite, pleasant, helpful, courteous, friendly, listened, advised, suggested what is needed, required, best for vehicle perfomances. I?m an extremely busy person in medicine . I came in with limited time and sleep. My dealer , Larry R was phenomenal. He had all ready with the parameters I gave. I was in and out in no time and left the same day with a new vehicle 2025 Chevy Trax.
